We used Linnius Construction to remodel the interior of our house. The Linnius team did an amazing job, are professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend them and their services.

They did a remodel of my upstairs and did an amazing job. Even with all the shortages and supply issues, they delivered on time and were great at communicating any issues. Will definitely use them again.

We had a kitchen and bathroom remodeled in our 1995 Goldenwest manufactured home by Linnius Construction. They did such a fabulous job! Both the kitchen and bathroom are phenomenal and we enjoy them so very, very much. They answered all of my questions, listened to all of my concerns, came in and did the work and did it well while sticking to the budget. We are extremely pleased with the results. If you are considering a remodel, don't hesitate to call them. We would definitely use them again and again and again.........Thank you Linnius!

He stopped by first thing the next morning to assess the problem and explained in layman's terms the repairs he was going to complete to solve the problem. Grant and his team did an excellent job installing a new gas fireplace along with a mantel and custom hearth. Communication was great, very friendly service, and high quality work. I would highly recommend Linnius construction for any home repairs and remodels.

After several days of living with the drywall/paint, my wife and I noticed some areas that we wanted touched-up. Very capable and knowledgeable

Grant was awesome! He was always on time, prepared, and was really good with keeping in contact. He replaced a piece of rotten support beam under our home and he did it quickly and efficiently. Other contractors came and just looked at photos of the damage but grant went under our home on his first visit which was kind of nice after having others go off of only pictures. I’ll definitely be hiring him on other home projects when needed.

Excellent experience! Grant built a very nice fence and installed a doggy door for my mothers house. He and his crew were very efficient, kind, and professional. We are a military family stationed on the east coast and despite that, Grant kept us well informed of the work that needed be done, provided a full detailed description of our options, and photos to view the progress. Outstanding quality work, highly recommend!

Grant jumped write in and found the problem, and the repair was completed in a very timely manner and any other projects I was needing done, Grant was very helpful and understood exactly what I needed. the representative grant, was quite knowledgeable of his profession. grant kept me informed of his intentions and asked frequently if i was satisfied. grant needed an item i had none of and even traveled to the hardware store to procure it. i give linnius construction an A+.
