I left a message and they never called back. They had offered a discount coupon in a mailer, so they were probably swamped, but they could have at least called back. Very disappointed.

Estimator was punctual, professional and thorough. Explained install and process and our door choices, color etc. Installation went smoothly and about the time anticipated. The only complaint was the actual installation schedule was one month later than originally planned.

Kameron, the sales rep, was friendly, knowledgeable about the product & helpful w/giving recommendations. Brandon, Carol & Jeremy - main installers - were punctual, professional & courteous. They cleaned up after each day of the job - there couldn't have been a better crew! I immediately noticed a 7-10 degree difference in indoor temperature w/the new windows installed. Should have done it sooner. Would definitely recommend lifetime windows & doors!

Excellent ? the sales person explained in detail about the windows & answered all question. Returned phone calls quickly. The installation crew was excellent, prompt, neat & professional.

Overall, Lifetime did a great job from start to finish on a new window and door project for our home remodel. After visiting several other window suppliers, we found Lifetime to be the most flexible and informative, especially with needed to communicate remotely most of the time due to us living remotely for much of the installation. Lifetime helped coordinate the permitting processes. Tim was very response and helpful throughout the process with the city. Tim also worked together with us to find ways to reduce overall project cost. The crew installing the windows and door did a great job completing the work in the time frame they expected.

We went to multiple companies and contractors for this large custom job. The only one that would do what we wanted was life time windows and doors. Everyone was personable, professional and reasonable. They can be trusted with the job.

I had a couple companies come for estimates for whole house window and door replacement. Lifetime Windows and Doors were very professional from the start. The salesman was on time to the appointment and fully prepared with examples and brochures on all the products that they offer. He was great with my kids too. They wanted to "help" draw the pictures on the paperwork and the salesman was just going with it. Didn't bother him at all. They helped us with getting financing through a third party lender and took care of all the paperwork. The installation was fast and ahead of schedule. They estimated 3 full days and were done in just over 2. No mess and clean work. My heating bill dropped about 30% to boot. Thank you for your hard work and great job! Keep up the good work!
