 + -1 moreWe were actually surprised that they came and replaced the two plants, since we have not been getting any other communication. However, my husband's call has never been returned. We would like to do a larger part of the job quoted now, but may have to find someone else if we do not hear back from Land Escapes.

 + -1 moreAfter providing a quote in a timely manner, we were informed that due to being busy with large projects (larger than ours, I presumed), it would be a month or so before ours could be done. We determined that 1 phase of work was too expensive and wanted to do just 1 line item.....as the others could not wait the month. After a somewhat unpleasant phone call, I was unable to ever get a return call or e-mail after multple attempts. The owner was absolutely nonresponsive, unwilling to even say he decided not to do any of the work. I felt that I went out of my way to be pleasant and understanding in these additional messages. Finally, I left word that we understood he was not interested in doing the work and we would find someone else. We had been previous customers and had been happy with earlier work and communication. Very frustrating and unfortunate. At this point I could not recommend this company.

I have used 4 other companies in Bend over the years and no one came close to the experience I had with Brian and his employees. Brian did a great job estimateing the project and saving me a great deal of money over the competitors. When the work was completed in exceeded my expectation greatly. Great work guys. Thank You
