In the beginning the providers were very professional and helpful. The design phase went well and the mock ups looked good. I did state my price requirements a few times and the initial cost was way over my budget. I then had to do a lot of cut backs on product that I thought was in my pricing. After the order was placed the cabinets came in the time frame given. Unfortunately, we had a few problems from the cabinet makers side on specks not being followed. This is where the provider dropped the ball a bit and did not let me know that the reorder of product would be made all at one time. So my cabinets that I had were in for 2 weeks before we reordered the pieces that we needed. They go back into the regular production line apparently, so it took another 5 weeks to get the pieces I needed. Then when those came, a piece still came in wrong. So it goes back into the production line. I suggested that I receive a discount of sorts for my cost on labor for these hold ups. That is where I am at in the process. I fell like initially the company did a great job, but after my order went in I did not feel as if they were on my side about some of the issues. I would probably use the company again because the cabinets themselves are very high quality and they do a great job helping out with the kitchen design. 10 months later I still don't have the proper product and have a complaint on a piece about a darker grey coloring and nobody really seems to care.

It worked out really well. They were very professional and very creative.
