+ -1 moreShe was a nice lady but our schedules conflicted so we were unable to look at houses on the days we had available while in town. The houses we looked at were disappointing so again, we didn't 'click'. She was a very nice person to deal with though. I have since lost touch with her as she disabled my house hunting "portal" with her and I have not received any new listings from her. Our housing search is on hold now for the next 2 years.
Description of Work: We used the agent for house hunting in another state while we were on vacation.

Description of Work: We are working on buying a house right now with Melissa Beaver and she has been great through the whole process. After I emailed her about looking for a home in Bend she contacted me right away and we were scheduled to start looking at homes the next afternoon. She found us options and was open to what we told her we wanted to see. She gave us advice on the area, as we are new here, and we got an accepted offer in quickly. She has stayed on top of the closing process and has kept us up to date on what is going on.

+ -1 moreGreg was fantastic to work with. There were problems at different points of the process, and he handled them tactfully or was more assertive as necessary. He was also personable, and was available to field all sorts of questions. He even made sure the house was ready to occupy when we came into town late the night of the closing. In the end, we got exactly the house we wanted, for an extremely good price, and became neighbors and friends of Greg's!
Description of Work: Greg helped us find a house in Sunriver. He worked with us while we were in the area, and also when we went home. He brokered the real estate deal for us, and handled all of the long distance paperwork.
