Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!  To start with their interior designers talked us out of everything that we originally wanted and pressured us into a dark bamboo floor and dark tile.  Now we have a home that shows every speck of dirt and needs to be cleaned every day.  Their installers were the most ignorant and unprofessional illiterate illegal aliens that they could find. The tile ceiling in my shower was redone 5 times before they gave up.  The shower floor was redone 4 times.  The  tiles on the other showers were installed with identical repetitive tiles next to each other rather than a random pattern.  No attention to detail at all-  just go as fast as possible.  The hardwood stairs with exposed stringers were installed crooked and all needed to be ripped out twice before they got it right.  In the end I had to stand next to the installers every day for six weeks to help straighten each tile and pick each one out for them. If I left them alone for an hour I would have to rip out their work and start over.  For this I paid $45,000 and lost a month of work.
