I liked the fact that someone came to my home to give me an estimate and to check my vents, duct work and air quality. They are a little more expensive than the company I usually use but they were great to work with.

I purchased this home less than a year ago. This was the first time I've had someone out to service the heat pump system since the initial home inspection. I made that clear to the technician at his arrival. At the time of scheduling the service/tune-up I wasn't given a cost estimate or what services would be provided. I felt the $175 service charge was high and the technician wasn't able to clearly explain the "Straightforward Pricing" for services he recommended. I should have followed him around and asked questions. Time for a 2nd opinion before I invest thousands in this system.

They gave me a fair quote and installed the part I needed the same day they came out here. Jon was very knowledgeable and Made everything so easy to understand about the process of what needed to be done. His appearance was very good and professional. would highly recommend Home Heating & Cooling .

provided electric heat while there work was being done,checked on us frequently to see that we were comfortable,came quickly when we called. Did excellent clean up and were careful while working in our home.

Send in my request to servicemagic and recieved a call in less than a minute. Tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and got us up and running in a little over an hour. Their charges were reasonable and they went out of their way to get the part to us ASAP. Good communication, good follow-up, and they put up with my 100lb dog!

This company is very responsive. They are consistent with reminders of the upcoming appointments. I was delayed on my flight coming home and Home Heating had called to remind me of the appt. The timing was perfect and they were very accomodating on setting a new appt at my convenience. The representatives (owner and employee) were very respectful, helpful and clean. This is a big plus for me as this type of character usually respresents a thoroughness and focused efforts to resolve your problems.
