Description of Work: As in the past, since 2002, we only use Nick Heinz for any of our remodel needs. This time we had to completely replace our 40+ year old mason Fireplace, which meant jack hammering down fireplace from the Roof down to the below floor Foundation. His crew, once again, were all professional and always cleaned up the working area each day before they left. Project took over 4 weeks to complete due to the Winter weather. You cannot find a better contractor in the Bend, OR area than Nick Heinz. You will never be disappointed in his workmanship and desire to please.

+ -1 moreWe have been through several home remodels, and honestly, I don't enjoy them - AT ALL! But this one with Nick was different. He's a humble, easy-going guy with a GENIUS knowledge of construction. He knows and uses all the top-notch subcontractors in the area as well. Any unexpected and quot;issuesand quot; that popped up with the remodel (every remodel has them) were quickly and effectively handled by Nick, rather than dumped in our lap, as previous contractors had done. He has a gift for design and knowing what will look good and what won't, which was extremely helpful to us, as we were living out of the area during parts of the remodel. It was wonderful to just relax and know that Nick was handling things. He took care of all permit requirements with the county and HOA as well. In addition, Nick is a genuinely nice guy and very easy to have around. And the quality of his work is OVER-THE-TOP OUTSTANDING! Every phase of our remodel turned out way better than we expected and now we have a beautiful, custom home that we will enjoy for years to come. Nick has our highest recommendation!!
Description of Work: Total remodel of our Sunriver home. New kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, lighting, paint, carpet, updated front and back decks with rock and pavers.

Everything that he has ever worked on for us is handled neatly and is clean before they leave at the end of each working day. We have used Nick on all of our remodeling and repair work for our home since 2001. You will not be disappointed in hiring Nick.
Description of Work: Remodel of Kitchen Counter. Removed old counter-tops and back-splash. Removed old wall paper in kitchen and re-textured walls, repainted, installed new sink, garbage disposal, and Kitchen faucet along with new electrical outlets. New counter top and back-splash were from Precision Countertops in Bend.
