Description of Work: Arrived in time, explained the process, estimated the cost and the amount of time it would take. Pre sprayed the most soiled areas, explained what he might not be able to accomplish.

 + -1 moreI would highly recommend Greg Overton of Harris and Sons Carpet Cleaning. I am a REALTOR and I have used Harris and Sons on no less than five occasions. I also have highly recommended Greg to a number of clients and also fellow agents over the last 3 years because he is extremely thorough, reasonable, flexible with his time and passionate about his service! A lot of carpet cleaners are not willing to work on weekends, but not Greg, he will work around your schedule. Also, what I like is that he really want to get the carpets cleaned right, not just a superficial clean. He will come back if necessary to get a stain that does not come out the first time. I also appreciate that he's passionate about his business and is willing to try new technologies.
