It was good. She did a good job. The only thing was is that she was a little late. They could have done a better job on the floors.

Carmen worked quickly and tirelessly. The house was spotless when she left She is pleasant and cheerful. we've hired her to come clean every two weeks because she did such a great job.

It didn't go, the whole experience made me question how this Pierson could run a business.

They (there were two people) were 1.5 hours late, which was extremely inconvenient as I had to be at work. Additionally, I told them to not focus on the kitchen as it's in the middle of a remodel. According to the home cameras, they spent 1.5 hours on the kitchen and then had 1 hour left to finish the rest of our 3,000 sq ft home. They did the downstairs (2 bathrooms, living room, office, master bedroom) but didn't do the baseboards, window sills, nor dust the office. They didn't touch the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom or family room.

After they finally came to my house, they cleaned. However, I do a better job scrubbing my floors and bathtub/shower than they did. I could have cleaned my house and not spent any money and it would have looked better.

Excellent in every way. We HIGHLY recommend this company.

Carmen was a great find! After noticing my dogs' nose prints on the glass doors and seeing the dust starting to layer on my chandelier, I looked on craigslist for a new cleaning person, or family (I haven't had good luck with companies that send a different person every time). To my amazement, she not only responded by phone within 30 minutes, but also arrived two hours later ready to tackle the whole house! Carmen is very kind, well spoken, thorough and well equipped (she brought all her own supplies). Her prices are very fair too-- I'm impressed at how much she did on her own in so little time! She worked really well with my dogs and even re-arranged some of the moving boxes I still have in the corner of the dining room instead of just cleaning around it. Carmen obviously cares about her work and recommended some tips on what products to use between her visits. She insisted we let her know if there's anything we want to put more emphasis on next time. I'll be seeing Carmen every other week moving forward!

I hired Carmen when I realized what a poor job the other company had done. I was in a real time crunch, as the opening was 2 days away. Carmen was easy to communicate with. She was prompt, responsible, efficient, self directed, detailed, polite, kind, and very reasonably priced! I was thrilled! She came in with her assistant, walked through the house with me just once to hear my needs, and immediately got to work. The results were impressive! Not only were they fast and achieved excellent results, but they surpassed my every expectation! Carmen is so good at her work, and she is a professional in ways that are hard to find these days! Her price was incredibly reasonable. I recommend her for any cleaning job, no matter how large, or small. She will not let you down! I am A MORE THAN HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Teri G.
