 + -1 moreThe only reason this company is getting even one star is because you have to in order to complete the review. Gutter Guys NW never showed up to do the installation of our gutters. We were scheduled for a Tuesday afternoon and no one ever showed up nor did they call to inform us that they wouldn't be able to make it that day and try to reschedule. We called them twice during the day as it got later and later and were told both times that they would contact dispatch/ scheduling and have them call us. Never received a callback. This continued for three days until we went with a different company. We never received any callbacks from dispatch/scheduling and no one in the office was ever able to tell us why we were just blown off. On the final day, I asked to speak with a supervisor and/or management and of course, there wasn't one available. SO unprofessional! I absolutely would NOT recommend Gutter Guys NW!

 + -1 moreThings are BUSY in Bend, which means you have to wait for contractors to find the time to do the work. It took a little while to get me on the schedule, but that was to be expected. I asked for a phone call before they came (there was no concrete time set for the day they were coming), and this happened and the timing worked out. The guys were in and out in a flash (they weren't too talkative about things while they were there, but maybe this is a good thing?). I had to ask if I needed to sign anything, or if I was paying them directly or waiting to hear from the office, so I felt a little uncomfortable with this part, but overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Asked for estimate on installation of a gutter guard system. gave us a quote but also gave us the insight that that was an expensive option and a cleaning of the gutters once or twice a year might be more cost effective at this point in time. Appreciated the honesty. Given the fall snow, it was hard to pinpoint a day to get them here. It took a few phone calls, but we finally got the work done. Will use them for future gutter cleanings annually.
