They had to reschedule our appointment, but were very responsive and prompt in getting us rebooked for another date. When they came to install the unit, they were very professional, did a great job, and left the work space clean and tidy. We were very pleased with the service.

The work was done well and on time, and the company made sure I was satisfied with the final product. I rated the price as good rather than excellent simply because it cost a lot of money. I should note that they gave me a few different water heater options and I chose the most expensive and efficient one, which was a tankless water heater. On another note I appreciate some advice they shared regarding building an ADU on my property.

Fantastic! They showed up on time to do the evaluation & then were able to provide the service sooner than expected. The crew was SUPER & did exactly what promised. They did an excellent job and performed above my expectations---both the actual job and then cleanup. The price was well worth it--may seem higher than others---BUT--did a far superior job than others I had used & contacted. GreenSavers is the way to go for the proper way to add insulation & protect one's home.

Great - on time and well organized

From the initial quote through the follow-up by the office post installation every step of this project was brilliant. I requested several businesses to quote for the work and it was clear from the beginning we should go with Greensavers. Their level professionalism is rare in this line of work (two vendors with good ratings here never responded. two came and gave quotes and never responded to my queries after that). I HIGHLY recommend this team of caring, professional, responsive, and trustworthy people.

Greensavers did a great job! The rub is it was a straightforward 2-3 hr install and the vendor was provided by Home Depot at a flat rate of $695. If I had to do it over again at my location, with the same set-up environment (easy access, little connection issues), I'd hire a plumber or someone skilled in water heaters and pay the time and material rate. I take responsibility for not doing my homework and/or not asking better questions at Home Depot - lesson learned!

It went very well. An excellent team. Everyone is responsive, hard working, and wants you to be satisfied, even pleased, with their work. Good integrity. Our home is much, much improved. When the new water heater had a failure, they fixed it pronto. One bit of advice: If you are not already familiar with the operational differences between heat pump systems and conventional systems, ask them to explain.

The GreenSavers person showed up on time on the date the new fan was to be installed. Our hallway was carpeted with a protective covering to help keep the carpet clean. Installation was completed within a short time. The new exhaust fan is very quiet! We are very pleased with the service we received from GreenSavers.

Their installers showed on time and got the work done on time. Inspections passed. And Electric company passed. Walk through quickly followed and system has been generating power ever since.

Knowledge of product, installation and showing how to program different temperatures and any other information. I will use GreenSavers again. Great people.

Price was competitive. Installers were on time, professional, courteous. Job well done. All applicable rebates were applied by Green Savers and they gave me all paperwork necessary for a state tax credit.

We chose to add insulation and a have them do air sealing. Wow, It made a huge difference! The surprising thing was how much more quiet the house is now. Sean and Josh were great at explaining things. I never felt pressured.

They were very professional and did very quality work. Once I handed over the deposit check, they took complete control of the project, and went above and beyond to see it through to completion. They replaced all the trim around the window too, and came out on a Saturday to get the window installed on the week that they said they would. They even used extra paint from the touch up to patch some paint damage I had elsewhere on the house. Highly recommended!

Three people spent 4 days adding insulation to leaks in the house, including light fixtures, kneewalls, ducting, attics, and garage. They also installed roof vents, ducting plenums, and added insulation to return ducting. They were extremely meticulous as I would find one of them adding insulation or sealant in an area that had not been addressed in their proposal. The ductless systems were installed with care for visual appearance and have been working very well. Our electric bill for the summer months has been less than last year. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and thorough!!

We moved into our 2 story house 2 1/2 years ago and it was always too hot or too cold especially upstairs. I was thinking about changing the windows when I came across Greensavers and decided to have them do an energy audit. Gosh am I glad I did! They were so thorough and it was very clear that changing the windows was not the most important thing to do. Then I had their crew do work on the insulation and filling in all the air gaps (there were a LOT!). They saved me a ton of money and the house feels more comfortable now. I would say that the energy audit is a MUST for any home owner so you can see exactly where you are losing heat/cooling. I was very surprised by the results. Everyone from Greensavers were a real pleasure to work with. Thank you!

First they helped us figure out a budget and start with the preliminary and most important items. The crew showed up on time and we're very courteous and professional. The next energy audit exhibited great benefit. We plan to use them for future projects.

Everything went well. Their reps are very pleasant and explain things very well. The insulation installers are very efficient and all work appears to be done expertly. They do a blower door test before and after to document the improvement. They were even helpful with other recommendations for unrelated stuff that our house needs. There has been an improvement in comfort and our utility costs.

They were just so cool. We had such a cool experience with them and I would highly recommend them to anybody who's hoping to take advantage of making their house a little bit more green. They helped us get credits and stuff. They were really responsive to our needs. They showed up right on time when they said they would.
