We don't use them anymore. They consistently showed up half an hour early, which would have been okay if they didn't show up first thing in the morning. I was in the shower. When I requested that they not come a half hour early, they were kind of rude about it.

The Gleem Makers crew (normally 4-5 people) show up and they spend about an hour.They seem to be in a hurry to get out of our house a quickly as possible. On several occasions we have had to either leave notes or have them come back and clean or re-clean areas that were missed or done shabbily. About six months ago, we noticed a deep 12 inch long scratch on our 50 inch plasma tv. My wife noticed it on a friday (they clean on Thursday). Since we have no children our assumption is that they scratched it with a dusting wand or something. they denied it. Then last week 3/15/2012, while we were on vacation I was contacted by the owner (Barb Caruso) and informed that they had accidentally spilled bleach all over our carpet. While she agreed to pay for carpet repair, we have extremely visible seams from where the carpet is repaired and it will always be visible. Because of the fact that the damage is in a visible area and is still visible even after the repair I asked her to refund the that day's cleaning fee. Unfortunately Barb refused. I would rate them average if it had not been for the multiple damage issues we have had. Because of the damage done to our home and her un willingness to make it right, I would rate them as poor and cannot recommend them to anyone else We have selected another house keeping service provider and I will post a review in a few months
