I went into the signing with a full understanding of what would occur because Rebecca had been in contact throughout the underwriting process and made sure that I had all my questions answered and understood what was happening. Mike and Rebecca were always very quick to respond when I had questions and frequently reached out to check in on me. I have never experienced such care and support in this industry and this is my third home purchase, though the first on my own.
