+ -1 moreI own a duplex with good sun exposure. Elemental Energy was one of my bids. It was not the cheapest overall, but it was the best bid in terms of meeting my expectations. They installed a system that is expected to create 99% of the electricity used by my tenants. I am now charging them more rent to recover my costs. With Energy Trust rebates and tax incentives, I expect my investment to be paid in full in less than 7 years. Elemental Energy kept their appointments, worked quickly and efficiently, left a clean work zone, and walked me through the entire process. They were pleasant to not only me but my tenants and they went the extra mile needed to coordinate with all three parties. Great young professionals. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Mention my name when you sign a contract with them! As a landlord I am confident that this new revenue stream will be profitable. I can't say enough about how great this company has been!
