Description of Work: We had an old cracked fireplace insert that was not safe anymore. We used this fireplace every winter for 15 years as a main heat source to cut down on heating fuel (propane) and our double wide mobile home stayed warm. We decided it was time to replace it and to have a wood burning Buck Stove put into the fireplace insert space by Discount Hearth. The guy that came out to install it was on time and very professional in his installation process, and yes it was noisy and messy for a few hours, but he cleaned up everything and made sure our new Buck Stove worked. I remind you this was in the middle of summer in Oklahoma, so it was not the right time of year to just let it burn. This winter of 2012 / 2013 was our second year of use and we just LOVE this stove. I highly recommend these folks and I am forever grateful! Oh, by the way, this Buck Stove heats better, longer and cleaner than the fireplace ever did. We are very satisfied customers :)

 + -1 morePlaced the order online, I was contacted to discuss alternatives. All material was shipped and received in a timely fashion. The burner was defective and Discount Hearth was very responsive. Their customer service during and after the sale was great. Overall an excellent experience.
