DIRECT FLOORING CTR

Description of Work: 2 sales people came and measured and still got measured wrong which caused flooring that they had pre cut not work. When installer arrived explained that he was short carpet and I had to pick different carpet because the special order wasn't available and the vinyl couldn't be laid because of the length of the area so they had to put carpet. I went to to there store 4 times. I was not happy with the carpet that was available but I had no choice. The manager then tried to make me pay for the new carpet when I had already paid for that room . DONT use the people not only did I not get what I wanted the manager was supposed to get me some money off for the mix up but instead held my paid invoice and tried to charge me more and my loan wouldn't go thru without paid invoice.

Description of Work: They mismeasured it and sent somebody out with the wrong amount of carpeting. They had to rip it up and redo it all and it was just a mess. I will not use them again.
