He came out for estimate fairly quickly. He was accommodating and the estimate was very detailed.

It went horrible. I couldnt begin to put all of the mistakes they made here. They left yesterday and my husband is outside right now trying to repair the fascia boards they installed. They put shingles over our soft roof and called the job done. When we called them back they did remove the roof they put on and redo it. But the owner Carlos metioned several times how much money he lost in shingles, like it was our fault. The crew is non english speaking and no manager unless you beg for one to come. They left a mess everywhere and over 20 nails in our driveway. Also had their families on our place for lunch. Oh I could go on.

They were quick to respond and we now know why, they charged us a $150 estimate on top of minor repairs at a cost of $573 and the estimate we were told was refundable if we used them to do the work. The total ended up being $722. That was for 2 guys to work 2 hours @ $110 per hour each. Me and my wife both have professional licenses and don't make close that kind of money, WOW. After 2 1/2 months we had to contact them to get a bill so we could pay it, thats when they informed us that the $150 estimate was only refundable if we had the whole roof replaced, we were not told that initially and knew the roof needed only minor work, and WE had to ask them for a Bill, lol. We won't be using them again and we Don't recommend them. Too bad they seemed like nice people.

Everything about it was very professional, very thorough, very helpful, very informative. The estimator went the extra mile.

We were extremely appreciative of the efforts Carlos and his crew made in removing the snow and ice dams from our property this last winter. We had water leaking into our home and were desperate. We contacted Carlos on a Saturday and he brought his crew together on Sunday for us. They targeted the problem areas, and then stayed and removed all the snow from the roof. Carlos charged us standard rates, which were very reasonable; He did not up his price because it was Sunday or an emergency trip.

They were on time, flexible, explained things well, and followed up with thorough, reasonably priced work. We would use them again.
