I was out of town when the install occurred. I was not informed by this company that they would be sending 2 electricians for this simply install. They made no mention of it all. SO they charged me for two installers! Hot tub breaker box installations are nearly always a one man job! They showed up at the house without the necessary equipment (an electrical box) and then blamed me for not providing it as discussed on the phone that they would need to bring this box, they did not and then charged me an outrageous price when the left to go find one. They replaced one 12 gauge wire from the old hot tub breaker box and then installed the new box and ran the new wire to the hot tub ( 10 feet away). The hot tub is on a suspended deck (nearly 4.5 feet off the ground) with excellent access under the tub. I predrilled the access hole for the new wiring to the hot tub. The original bill shows a total of 9 hours of labor for two electricians! This was a 3 to 4 hour job for any honest , competent electrician. The invoice states that they gave me some price breaks and that they should have charged more...my total cost was $970.00 I would never hire these guys again, they are dishonest and will stretch a simple install out if you are not present to observe their work ethic.
