Everything is fine. I've used them for about years too. They did a good job and are punctual. If these people aren't, I don't use them again. I show them what the problem is, they fix it and go away. I always refer them.

Excellent! I was prepared for an expensive repair, holes to be cut in walls, etc. The plumber stated...well, lets check the simple things first! He was able to isolate source of leak, do the repair, and even install some aftermarket equipment I had purchased elsewhere. I'm not sure how long he was here, it seemed like quite a while...he was very thorough but the total was $144 dollars! I was shocked...in a good way! He explained everything he was doing...and was just a friendly easy-going guy all around! Very impressed! Will definately recomend and use again!

Overall, it went pretty well. There was one big problem, but it was totally my fault (the homeowner), definitely NOT the BYP plumbers fault: In an ill-fated attempt to save money, I purchased the new kitchen sink and faucet separately, on my own, and then hired BYP to install them. So, when the plumber arrived the first time to install the new sink, of course it didn't fit. The sink was slightly too small for the existing cut-out on the countertop. My mistake. So the plumber had to re-install my OLD sink, and I had to return the one I'd bought and order a new one. 2 or 3 weeks later, the new one arrived. I called BYP again and they arrived promptly, and this time my new sink and faucet were installed efficiently and professionally. They were very fair with their fees for all this, since they installed and removed a kitchen sink TWICE. And they had a large amount of travel-time to my home in a very rural area, far from their shop...again, twice! So, in the end, I'm very happy with their work and they way it all turned out!!!!

Overall, I had an excellent interaction with these guys from start to finish. They answered my calls (or returned calls promptly). The plumber initially came within a few hours to give a quote. Scheduling was easy and based on my preferences. On the day of service he was generally on time and done within two hours. The cost was a little less than estimated. I would definitely call again for any plumbing needs.

I called first thing on a Monday morning. He came out within 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had the part with him. It was fixed in less than 20 minutes and he did a good job. He told me where to check and what I should try to tighten, should I see another leak in the future.

However, we ended up replacing the entire toilet a month later due to overflow in floor.

They arrived right on time; were efficient and informative. They communicated with us prior to the visit to make sure they arrived with the right equipment. Overall very pleased with the experience.

I called several different plumbers in my area after a home inspection turned up a leaking pipe. We wanted to fix the problem to suite the potential buyers. It was speaking with Jennifer at Bryan Young's Plumbing that made me decide to go with their service. Jennifer was approachable, clear, helpful and honest. After explaining what I understood about the leaking pipe (and honestly I didn't know much) she quoted me a time frame, hourly fee and exception for the cost of parts. When Bryan arrived my husband was at the house. I should add that my husband is quite skeptical of most contract type work. We have really had some bad service while in Bend. He couldn't stop raving about the professionalism, efficiency and ease that Bryan worked. The crawl space under the house is barely three feet and the pipe was leaking toward the back of the house. Bryan needed a different fitting or part than he had brought with him, so someone drove out to deliver the part to him. He was able to complete the work in the time estimated by Jennifer. After the work was complete I just needed a little clarification on some of the itemized billing sections. Jennifer responded to my email quickly and kindly. Finally a company we can trust.

After obtaining several recommendations for BYP, I stopped by their office to discuss problem and schedule services. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and was able to discuss my problem directly with Bryan. He was able to immediately diagnose my issue and schedule me within 2 days. Matt arrived on time and was courteous and professional in his task...explaining everything that was asked in a pleasant manner. He was able to fix the problem within 2 hours...including the instillation of a new faucet in the bathtub/shower with shutoff values per my request. Nothing was done without discussing with me making me feel that I was being included in decisions...therefore I felt like I was not being taken advantaged of. Cleanup was also completed to satisfaction. I was surprised that he was able to complete the job in 2 hours and that the bill was lower than expected. Matt also recognized that the tub spout was not correctly package and that it might lead to another issue and therefore was able to return with a corrected spout in short order. I was also given a follow up note about a week after service was completed thanking me and asking me how they did.

Prompt response to call for leaking water in our rental unit, it was a possible water tank leak, however they discovered it was connection pipes only and replace them. Good communication throughout.

His crew arrived on time in the morning and worked for most of the day on this job. They were professional, explained what they did and left the area cleaned up. A few questions came up and Bryan answered them quickly and satisfactorily. We will give them a call next time we need a plumber.

Due to leaking washing machine faucets flooring in three rooms along with drywall are being replaced in our home. It's been a real headache. The fix is mostly done so our washer was reinstalled. We discovered that the faucets were STILL leaking which was devastating after having so much work done. My husband decided it was time for a plumber to come and fix the issues. I called BYP at 935am on a Monday morning and Matt arrived at our house by 950am. Service that fast is usually luck of the draw but I was SO thankful. Two options to resolve the problems were presented, both completely reasonable but with different cost points. I appreciated the offer and explanation which made the choices easy. Most impressively Matt was concerned about the faucets matching and wondered if it would bother me if they did not. Nice to know aesthetics are important! In roughly one hour I was back to doing laundry again without any worry of leaks! Will call BYP should we ever need a plumber again!

My husband had purchased the parts independently and attempted to replace them himself. After several failures, he called Bryan Young Plumbing. He was so very pleased with the plumber's work ethic, manner and knowledge.

Quality would have been "A" but the flapper valve started sporadically leaking about 3 months after the repair. Not sure it was linked to BYP original work so I did not request a return visit (probably should have but I just decided to fix it myself on a weekend when they wouldn't have been open anyway). I was only able to deal with BYP over the phone b/c I was away from the house, but I found him to be very professional, quick to respond, & trustworthy.

When I called late one afternoon, he came the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. The dip tube disintegrated over time and it blocked my kitchen faucet. He came out twice after that job to flush the plumbing lines to clean out the disintegrated dip tube at no additional. His costs are very reasonable. I am very happy with his service.

He does excellent work! He checked everything first to make sure the repair was properly diagnosed. I really appreciated that. He explained everything and didn't overcharge us for anything that we did not need. He is good at what he did. I highly recommended his services to others.

I love Bryan Young Plumbing! The work he did was absolutely phenomenal. His prices are very competitive.

The work turned out very good! He did quite an undertaking and he completed the job in one day.

It was fine. They just did very minor work. They came in about 24 hours but it wasn't an emergency anyway. It was a nice guy that came out and not the owner of the company. He was helpful.

Bryan himself is helpful and professional. If it were Bryan himself providing all the services, I would have had no issues, I'm sure. In the future, I might use this company, if I can assure that it would be Bryan coming out to do the work. However; there were issues for this particular job, as one of his employees provided the majority of services. Bryan did the demo, but his employee did the rough and finish plumbing. There was a problem with some ductwork below the shower, and so this employee ended up installing the drain off-center, even though I had said it must be centered. I didn't notice the problem when he left, so my tile guy had to call him back out to fix the drain. In doing so, the plumber so badly mangled the sub-floor, that my tile guy charged $150 to re-construct it. Additionally, on the rough plumbing, he made a huge chewed up hole in the wall studs in order to feed supply lines through. My tile guy said that was totally unnecessary and that a small drilled hole would have sufficed. Then, on the finish plumbing, the plumber didn't have the drill bit necessary to install the shower head. He was at our house for the majority of the day, drilling and drilling, trying to make it work. He ended up having to leave and go into town twice, trying to come up with the appropriate bit. It seems plumbers should carry the tools necessary to drill through tile. He also didn't caulk, as he said his caulk gun was broken. Again - plumbing 101 - plumbers are supposed to caulk their work. My tile guy ended up having to do it. In the end, it all worked out and everything looks great. The plumbing price was reasonable. I ended up paying them $100 more than Bryan quoted, but he did say that it could cost more if problems arose, and the ductwork was a problem, so I didn't have an issue with the extra money. The extra for the tile contractor to fix the sub-floor was disappointing, however. The plumber was pleasant and prompt. He came out quickly when the drain needed fixing, and overall, my schedule and the timing needs of coordinating with my tile guy, were met professionally.

Their price was very affordable, and their craftsmanship was very good. We did have to have them back out for a few minor repairs, and they were incredibly responsive and professional.
