The Crystal Clear Windows team of Sam and Miguel were the BEST. They were professional, efficient and friendly. If they are available next time we have our windows cleaned, we would love to have them back. Great job.

Hugo did a very nice job. Owner, Chris, came early to help and organize project. Ideally, i like to have at least a 2 man team, so job goes faster. We have a tall townhouse with many windows. Their front office people are very efficient and communicative. Absolutely will use them again.

The window cleaners arrived exactly on time and were clean, kind and very professional. They did a beautiful job and left the windows so cleaned I was worried someone might walk into them :) They are highly recommended and I would use them again and again!

The whole experience went very well: I was able to coordinate the services over the phone with Chris within a week of my first contact (I got busy and unable to reach him back after his response to my inquiry) We reviewed the work over the phone and he came up with an estimate on the spot. I was able to schedule a day that worked for my schedule, and he changed his Sunriver day to be accommodating since we had people on the original date of service We arrived at our place and the work had already been done and we are soooo impressed with how clean the windows look upstairs and downstairs, small or large windows! While it makes sense to some, we were also very pleased to see the window screens had been washed too!! For this price and quality of work, I will hire this company again for sure and include it in the routine maintenance upkeep Thank you again! Jon & JC

This company has been doing our windows on a fixed schedule for many years now. They always call to make an appointment every 4 months, but we don't even have to be home because it's outside only and they bill us. They do a good job, do not break outdoor furniture or bushes, and are professional and fast. It's a chore we don't have to worry about and our windows are always clean!

Perfect. The date scheduled we experienced freezing rain so we rescheduled. They were very helpful.

Their team arrives promptly, are very professional and careful with personal spaces, do an excellent job with hard to reach windows, and are always very nice people to work with including the schedulers and the people who come to do the job. Excellent work! I have numerous large windows of variously shapes in a 1970's home on a hill , and they did a great job. Plan to hire them for next year too!

The workers were prompt and friendly. Overall, they did a great job cleaning the windows. We did have a few screens that weren't completely secured back into frame after being cleaned, so they popped out (minor annoyance).

He was prompt, careful, efficient, did an excellent job of making every window sparkle. He pointed out screen repair issues and took care of them.

The gentlemen that came called ahead of time and said they were running late.....no problem....cause they did a few extra blinds for me not on the order. They were professional and very courteous. I have used Crystal Clear yearly and they always do a great job. They took their time and cleaned without issues. They deservedly got a tip from us !! My neighbor had this company do her windows last year so several of the neighbors decided to try them out. It was scheduled for the same day. They were to start at my house first. They came on time and did a great job. No mess and very good job. Afterwards when I ot my bill I thought it was too high as it was more than my neighbor's and her house is slightly larger than mine. I exchanged emails with the owner and he reduced the price. He made it consistent with the email estimator cost I got. I did not get an actual estimate beforehand which was my mistake. However, he did me right and reduced the price. Wonderful experience.

They did an adequate job. Failed to clean the window tracks, the inside of the garage windows and missed an area on the sliding glass door. We've had another window cleaner in the past which took care of all these things. Unfortunately that cleaner was not available when we needed the work done.

They are punctual, efficient, and do a a good job. This company calls to make an appointment about every 5 months for several years now, so we never have dirty windows.

This is the second time I've used this company and I can't recommend them enough. They do everything right, and are great to work with--friendly, prompt, and honest.
