BEND ON-SITE SCREENING

GREAT! Original installation was handled very professionally and the screen doors are wonderful. Two years later they(Bend On-Site Screening) really made our day when we had appliance installers at the house and were trying to fit a 34” refrigerator through a 33” front door opening. I made a panicked call for help to BOSS and they were here 15 minutes later to resolve the problem. So, an emergency call and $0 charge! Who knew that sort of service was still out there? We are VERY pleased.

We ordered a roll-up screendoor and had window screens made on 5/15/20. Screen door was installed without the proper bracket using a temporary 2 x 4 to get the screen door installed and useable for the summer and they re-ordered the mounting bracket. We received no communication so we called 08/24/20 to see what the holdup was and were informed the wrong part had been delivered twice and they still didn't have the correct bracket. We asked for communication re: status in the future. I called 9/16/20 and was informed that I would get a call back--never happened. I called 9/23/20 and asked for a call back--still waiting. If this sounds like good service or "perfection" as the owner says he strives for, go for it. The rest of us would have to say this is terrible service and I wish I had never dealt with them!

work was ok. cost was significantly higher than quoted. service was totally lacking in common courtesy and respect. will definitely use a different business next time.

Even better than I expected

Extremely well - I dropped the screen door off on one day and picked it up the next. Extremely efficient and the finished product was exactly as ordered.

This went very well. He discussed what he would/should do and was in/out in less than an hour.

Technician was punctual, professional and courteous. Very pleased with his customer service skills and consideration he took with keeping our 2 handicapped dogs safe. Would highly recommend for the convenience and reasonable pricing.

2 men came to do the job. They were professional and efficient. It took 45 minutes to do both doors.

We used them again because they provided an exceptionally good service. They were very courteous. When we called, we got a recording and they called back promptly. We made an appointment for the job to be done and they came just a few minutes early. They were polite and efficient. I can't say enough good stuff about them. The pricing was very fair. I had in fact recommended them to somebody.
