Baxter Electric

We were pleased that Mr. Baxter was able to come to our house immediately, as he had just finished a project. He solved our issues quickly and gave us some advice to simplify our issue.

can't say enough positive things about Baxter Electric. I live in Texas but had to have 15 light fixtures replaced at a rental property we own in Bend, Oregon. Based on the A rating this business had on Angie's List, we hired Tom to replace the fixtures. He coordinated with the commercial tennant so as not to disrupt them during office hours. He replaced just one of the fixtures at my request so we could make sure the new lights would not be too bright. Then he replaced the additional 14 fixtures on time and with extreme professionalism. It isn't very often that you get such superb service, especially working "long distance". It was a perfect experience at a very reasonable price.

Tom called me back very promptly and we set a date to have the work done. He was on time as scheduled and did a great job. He worked quickly and cleaned up as he went. Very pleased with his work and will definitely call on him for any electrical work that needs to be done in the future.

Great guy and very knowledgeable. And as an aside, and he loves to roller skate, so make sure to ask him about that.

Tom took the time to walk me through the repair at no cost. Other companies I called said there were too busy to tend to our repair or they wanted to charge $50 for a service call and then $85/hour. It is so nice to have an honest, reputable, professional business man in town! We will use Baxter Electric for all of our future needs!

Tom was very prompt and on top of things. He returned my initial call within probably an hour (not all contractors do that). He was on time getting here, very efficient, everything is done. I'll have him back the next time I have some electrical work to be done.

Mr. Baxter was So fantastic. I do not typically write reviews, but I was so impressed with my contact with Mr. Baxter. He called me back after I left a message. He answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate over the phone of some work I want to get done. He was very patient and helpful. I learned a lot with a conversation over the phone. i will be using him in the near future to get ceiling fans installed. I highly recommend Mr. Baxter for home electrical needs.

Mr. Baxter was responsive in scheduling and prompt for the appointment. He was knowledgeable and efficient in responding to the work necessary and he was courteous in dealing with me. I'll use him again when circumstances require!

He was very prepared: had all of the necessary equipment and parts. He quickly discovered the problem on each building and replaced the defective part. He had to install a "box' , which the original electrician had not installed (which was a violation of "code.") Everything works perfectly now.

Everything you want in an electrician you will get from Baxter. He is skilled, honest and professional. Did a wonderful job of troubleshooting an issue with our horsebarn and did everything he could to keep costs down. Works on our rental also. We have always been happy with his work. We have complete confidence in him. I hope he never retires!

Well! Not much more to add, other than that he answered the phone and was generous with his time, even after recognizing I didn't need a type of service he offered

He was great, just what wr wanted, professional, kind, and on time.

Great. He was here when he said he would be, and his work was excellent. He even did a little extra for the same price.

First, I was able to contact Tom from the first phone call. I had tried another company. I got a call from them 5 days after! Then, we made an appointment in 2 days. He told me he was booked! YIKES, that meant a month to me. He was right on time. I had 2 bathroom lights to install. He told me I couldn't use the one I wanted but gave suggestions. Then the ceiling fan went up great. My husband wanted a spotlight in the living room for the fireplace. He cautioned us as the lighting wouldn't be enough. (my complaint!) His suggestion, a chandelier. I was so please on his expertize and his suggestions.I am using him again when my other light fixtures come in.

I called and left a message. He called right back and gave me an estimate. We set an appointment. He showed up on time and efficiently did a professional job. He was very friendly and experienced. A very positive experience from start to finish.

Tom arrived on time and did the job professionally and in a timely manner. I world call them again if needed.
