+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. Barnes came out and strategically placed food traps to identify the entry point. When that was found, they sealed up the hole as well as other potential entry points. I haven't had a problem since. They were friendly, professional and punctual.

Description of Work: Needed the ant problem resolved quickly. The ant nests were targeted and rock areas sprayed including the exterior/base of the house. We also had the crawl space fogged and the interior spot treated for spiders. I am very happy with the service and will use Barnes Quality Pest Control again when/if needed.

+ -1 moreI asked him what I owed him for his service call and he told me there would be no charge for the call as he was only giving advice. I was so impressed that I could do this myself but I did not have a lot of time to go do this. I asked him if he could do it and he said yes and it would only be $50 for the service call and the chemical. He mixed up the chemical outside and cleaned up everything and was done in about 30 minutes. The termites are dead and they did not come back. I used this company about 10 years ago to get rid of some ants and they did not overcharge me at all and they showed up on time as well. They never try to sell me anything that I don't need.
Description of Work: The provider was very honest helping me solve my termite problem. He told me that my termite situation was minor as I had the less destructive type and they were only concentrated under the floor of my laundry room where I had a heater on all of the time. He told me that I could go to a Home Depot or a Lowes and for $20 I could get the pesticide I needed and I could mix it with water and then spray it along the opening in the floor where the termites were coming from.
