+ -1 moreMaureen was able to save us several hundred dollars on our monthly mortgage. We are at a mid 5% rate conventional and she was able to get us a great fixed 3.35%, Dropped our monthly by hundreds... The transaction was easy, She gave us a list of things she needed, and we got those to her timely. She LOCKED our rate in and within days we had our re-fi done. We have never had such an easy time through this potentially horrific process.
