+ 5 moreI've been very satisfied with my experience with Alexandra. They're very friendly, very responsive, and don't overcharge me for stuff. They take care of all the maintenance stuff without me needing to be involved. This is very helpful because I've got my own business that takes all my time. We have had no problems with the tenant at all, and the rent comes on time every month. I would recommend their services highly.
Description of Work: They have been managing my property for the 2 years. It seems that most property management companies do basically the same thing - find a tenant, take care of maintenance stuff, and serve any kind of paperwork needed to the tenant. Alexandra got everything done for me quickly and efficiently. I haven't need to call them about any problems. They take care of everything, and do it well.

+ -1 moreAlexandra has done a fantastic job for us. They're very quick to jump right on stuff. After we signed the original contract, they came out and took the photos and video the next day. It only took a few days until they found a good tenant. This was helpful so we could get our money faster. I think they're a great company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We are not real estate agents, and so don't do those activities. We ONLY focus on managing your property to the best degree possible.
