+ -1 moreStanley from Advanced Comfort saved the day! Our AC unit broke down on a 90+ degree Sunday and he came out promptly and made the needed repairs on Monday. Another company I called first couldn't make it until Thursday! He was very professional and pleasant to work with. We will use Advanced Comfort for all of our future heating and air conditioning needs.

+ -1 moreWas on time and pleasant and willing to help. Did not seem to know exactly what was wrong with my fireplace but eventually replaced a part. I was neutral re the call until I had an excellent person in to perform service on my pellet stove and realized that the attention to the fireplace was less than ideal. The part Advance Comfort replaced was doubled in price on the bill. The excellent pellet stove person was here 3 hours, cleaned and inspected everything including the pipes. Did not replace any parts. Charged me 95.00. Advance Comfort was here 2 hours and charged me 120 labor and 60 for the 30 part. Would not use him again. I was disappointed again in Angie's list review which was not accurate.

+ -1 moreThe guy repaired anything. He explained things to me. He was detailed in how he explained things to me. He kept me aware. It wasn't like he was trying to sell me anything. He was keeping me aware.
Description of Work: They did preventive maintenance on my furnace and repaired a new light.
