+ -1 moreWhen we were still living in Colorado, he also helped with a patio addition to the house he built. As I said, I will always seek out Steve Koneman for any building needs. He is experienced, knowledgeable and builds quality structures.
Description of Work: Steve built the first house i owned and it was so well built, I didn't know how spoiled I was until I moved to Oregon and into a house that he did not build. The difference was dramatic. Steve is very conscientious, pays attention to detail and his builds are pure quality. We want to add a shed dormer to our existing house and have been waiting until he could help with the project. He is honest, reasonably priced and a quality builder. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will always seek him out for future projects. I am luck he also lives in Oregon now.
