 + -1 moreThe front yard looks great....there are still dried weeds on the south side of the house, fire hazard. I tried to contact him to get a bill for the services he provided and ask him to go back and cut the dried weeds down. Left message.....no response. Am still trying to contact him.
Description of Work: I asked for weeds to be cut down around the house(the house is empty at this time)

 + -1 moreArmando and crew did an amazing job of removing the weeds and completed the job in a couple of days. The lot looks great and I am sure the neighbors appreciate it. We plan on hiring them again next year.

 + -1 moreCalled and spoke with Armando to come to our cabin to do a spring clean up. Found them on Craigslist. He came out the same day to walk the job and we agreed on a price based on our 3/4 acre lot. He started the job right away, mowing and raking up and removing all the pine needles. He was extremely polite and courteous. And wow, I wish I had some of his energy. He worked fast and was very detailed. We will hire him again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for excellent yard service/maintenance.
