1st Impressions Cleaning

I called Robert and set a date telling him we needed a Move In Cleaning. He listed what he would do and said the price would be between $185-$225. Before hanging up he asked me to email him a confirmation. From what I remembered I wrote down what our conversation included. I also added that if I had any details wrong to let me know. I was a little miffed because I felt like his secretary and thought he should be writing his own contracts down. We had an appointment, for which I confirmed with him several times at 1:30. That day I happen to look at my phone to see an email saying that they would be at the house at 11:15! I should have stood my ground and told him the appointment was for 1:30, but the way Robert stated that they were going to the house, made it sound like we had no choice. There was nothing going on at the time and we wanted the cleaning out of the way so we just left. We were about 5 minutes from the house when Robert called and said that he was at the residence. It was 11:00. I took him through the house, reminding him that no walls were to be washed, just get rid of the paint dust. I then confirmed the price again by asking that it still would be between $185-225 which he confirmed. He called several hours later and we looked at the house. It smelled clean and fresh and he showed me what he did. My husband being unaware of what amount we settled on, asked while I was in another room, what he owed. I found out that Robert asked for $250! In other words, he did less of the Move in Cleaning package for more money. To boot, he didn't even ask if coming early fit my schedule, he just stated that he when he was going to be there, which was NOT the time we agreed on. Very disturbing!
