Good price for the work performed. They arrived on schedule and trimmed and thinned our six large Firs and an Oak. The owner, Mark McArthur, and his work crew were knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with. They chipped the debris and cleaned up the entire project. Excellent service. I'd hire this company again.

It took several days for Mark to return my initial call. We set an afternoon for him to come out and give me an estimate. I waited all afternoon when I had many other things I should have been doing. He never showed up or even called me.

Mark came out the same day my husband called for an estimate. He gave us a very reasonable estimate to remove the trees and stumps. The only delay was the unexpected snow. Mark's crew did a great job and cleaned up the area real well when they were done. I have already given Mark's name and number to a co-worker. We will most definitely use them again.

They were on time for both the estimate and the job. They cleaned up and did everything I asked. To me they were very reasonable and great to get along with.

Mark and his crew were very quick and cleaned up the site better than when they arrived. He responded to calls (unlike other companies) and arranged a convenient time to come by. Fine job over all.

Called Mark the owner. He came out and gave us a bid and set us up for the next available appointment, which was about a week out. He was helpful with knowledgeable advice and was on time. Did a great job.

Mark responded immediately with a fast and accurate estimate. He encouraged me to get another estimate, which I did. Everyone else I called either was too busy or did not respond to my call. An appointment was made, and the work was performed on time and on estimate. We were very pleased with Mark's work and would highly recommend his company.

Mark was prompt in calling back and was able to fit me in. Arrived promptly with two other men. This tree was in back of the house so the job demanded everything be carried to the front where his truck was. Began by cutting off each limb and carefully lowering them. The tree was about 3" from the fence and new landscaping, and they did a fine job of not hurting either one. In about 3 hours the entire tree was down, the area clean and all was done professionally. No complaints, just hard work. I also think their bid was fair for the amount of labor they needed to do considering the hauling by hand all the tree parts.

We had a very good experience with Westside Tree Co. They provided a bid and spent a good amount of time listening to what we were looking for. On the day they came, they arrived on time and checked in with us once more to see what we wanted, which was appreciated. They worked for approx 2.5 hours and did a great job doing what we asked and cleaning up afterwards. Among the many bids we received, they were the most prompt at returning our calls, spent the most time listening to our needs and they came in significantly more reasonable in price, compared to others we met with. We were happy that the job was not sent out, but done by the owner, himself. I would highly recommend them.

Westside Tree Company provided a timely and competitive quote for the work. The work was scheduled and performed within two weeks of the quote. They showed up on time on the scheduled day, without additional calls. The work met all expectations. The trees were removed without any damage to surrounding plants and trees. Just an excellent job!

They did a fabulous job! They cut all of the wood from the trees and cut it into fire wood for us. They even stacked it in a nice pile! Extremely professional and Mark was very respectful to our concerns of bird nests in the trees. He tried not to damage or disturb the birds nests in the trees. Mark was very respectful and courteous to his crew, which his crew was respectful to our property. It was overall a great experience!

Mark and his guys came on fairly short notice, did a good job, were pleasant to deal with, used good equipment and tools, and had everything done in less than an hour.

I had to make two phone calls to get Mark, the owner, to come out to give me an estimate on getting a tree trimmed. He then didn't come within the time period that he gave me and I had to call a third time before he came out. He gave us an estimate on two trees. He also mentioned that most companies have minimum prices on their jobs, but that his company did not have minimums. After deciding to go with this company, I called to setup an appt and was told that our tree did not meet his minimum (which thoroughly contradicted his previous remark). We were told that the only way he would do the work was if he had another job in the neighborhood. We decided to wait awhile and see if that opportunity presented itself. We waited a month, with no word from Mark, then called back again. This is when he told us to go with another company because he would not accept our job. Overall, terrible customer service and deceptive company policies.

Mike was punctual for his estimate visit and did the work as scheduled. We were very pleased with the overall service.

We were extremely satisfied and pleased with the professionalism and the following through of how trees would be cut and landed with no damage to any of the following that were close to the trees: fence, deck, house and existing landscaping. He was always five minutes early for either the estimate or the job. Mark explained what he was going to do and was very courteous throughout the project.

We are very pleased to give an excellent recommendation, for egotists Tree Co. They responded promptly and came for an estimate 2 days after we first called. They gave a very reasonable quote. They started work within 2 days of agreement, and finished the job in 2hrs. The workers were professional, quick, thorough and very reasonably priced. We are very happy with them overall. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them for future jobs!

Mark was great. I would highly recommend him. He came out within an hour of my call, gave me an estimate, and showed up the next day when he said he would. His crew cleaned up the yard great.

It was an pleasant experience. Mike seems to be honest and capable. His advice concerning the job was freely given and upfront. I felt his work was a bargain!

Mark was fantastic. I would recommend him in a heart beat. He was professional. He left the place clean and he was on time and finish on schedule as well.

They were on time and did a excellent job taking down the trees. Cut rounds into fire place lengths and chipped up the limbs. The cedar was between two house's and they did a great job cutting the tree so that it did not do any damage to the house's. I would hire mark again, he was very reasonably price for the work that was done.
