Hi my name is Michael Sakaino and I pride myself on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. With over 10 years of experience I strongly believe in giving my absolute best in all of the projects no matter how big or small. I am an expert in my trade and will always keep you educated on your particular task or project. I look forward to earning your business! *My organizing consulting is usually FREE, with the hope that you hire me to help you with the actual organizing. My rates usually range from $70-80/hr. Of course, after the consult, I'll be able to give you a better estimate on actual costs and timing. *If you would just like consulting, I would just charge you my hourly rate, but then, if you decide to hire me down the line, that consulting fee, would go towards the organizing costs.

Michael worked hard and fast on my garage, helping me sort out 22 years of clutter. He was always on time, a great communicator, and tackled each challenge with humor and grace. He hauled of many load of "stuff" to redistribute to those in need. And, he organized what was left in such a way that everything is in the right place and accessible. Can't recommend more highly.

Mike did a fantastic job on my attic space. It was a mess that was too overwhelming for me to even get started. Mike organized the area in sections, created organized storage and even seating areas for me to continue the work. I appreciated his skills, work ethic and timeliness. Super amazing and helpful with sorting and getting all my 'stuff' put into keep, sell, donate and throw away. Huge relief to get my garage organized and everything has a place now. Even my car! Michael was prompt, careful, courteous, and really listened to what I needed. Friendly and professional. I would and will definitively hire him again for future projects.

I was nervous, I really had not hired anyone before. Michael came over to meet me and we talked about the project and cost. I felt like he really cared and came up with a suitable plan on pricing as I am disabled and on a fixed income. Michael is very personable, and doing this kind of work is his passion! He took my cluttered bedroom, and arranged everything in the closet. He also came back and hung some pictures for me, and the alignments are perfect. Michael really will try and meet all of your needs. I wholeheartedly would recommend him for anyone looking for a home service.

I have lived in my current place for five years, and accumulated a ton of stuff in my three closets. I also am a sentimental hoarder, I have comics and old toys from childhood and yearbooks and other embarrassing things. A lot was stored in cardboard boxes that eventually fell apart and were a huge overwhelming thing that I didn t want to address. Tbh it gave me daily anxiety just to open my closets. Michael was understanding, empathetic, and super quick and efficient when he got started. I was even able to run a couple errands while he did his thing (he s trustworthy) and then returned to make some decisions. I m truly grateful that I got matched with this guy for this project. If I have a similar one in the future I ll definitely reach out to him again!
