+ -1 moreMy wife and I were very happy with how quickly Ty was able to pinpoint potential houses based on our criteria. We could have spent several weeks or months finding the right house, but it only took us 2 or 3 weeks. Once we found the house, Ty did a fantastic job negotiating the right deal for us. In the end, we ended up with a better deal than we had expected.
