Trustworthy Cleaning Services

The cleaning team uses non-caustic products to clean. our home top to bottom. They leave our home smelling nice and sparkling. They even fold over the corners of the Kleenex and toilet paper. It couldn't be a more complete service. We are very happy.

Trustworthy Cleaning Services does an excellent job. We've been using them close to two years. They've only broken a few things during that time, which anybody who has their housed cleaned on a regular basis, every week or every other week, it's kind of like they're bound to break a glass here or there. You're bound to knock something off. A few things happened, but other than that, they've been top notch, excellent. They do a good, thorough job. I've housekeepers that I've actually had to clean up after, but I've never had to go back and clean with them. There's four ladies that come in and clean. The price is good, for what you get. They also have extra services, like if you want them to come in and clean your oven. They're the only housekeepers I've ever seen who clean the inside of the windows every time they're here. My wife also uses them at her workplace.

I have used Trustworthy numerous times during the last 3 years. They are very fast to respond to my request for services and can almost always accommodate my schedule. Their workers are pleasant, thorough and work quickly. I love coming home from work after they have been here and especially enjoy their professional touches. We've had very small issues with the window washing twice, and they have remedied both. Occasionally, their arrival time has been off a little from the schedule, but given the nature of their work, that's understandable. I'm sure when my house takes extra work, they are late for their next appointment. Also, they sometimes arrive early. I recommend their services.

We used this service every two weeks for over a year and a half. Originally quoted a price of ninety dollars for two to three hours of woek. Juana's team did a good job of cleaning the home. A few months after service started, Clayton called to increase the price. It was negotiated to one hundred and five dollars. About four months later, we were informed of a new price hime up to one hundred thirty dollars, non-negotiable. Living 4 miles out of town, we were extremely flexible in getting out of the house by 7 or 7:30am so as not to disrupt the ladies as they worked. The rate increases came to forty-four percent over a year's time. Incredible. We ultimately received ninety minutes of cleaning each two weeks, as opposed to the two to three hours promised. Additionally, we experienced frequent calls from Clayton, asking to change our scheduled time. We always accommodated this, and our payback was a forty-four percent hike in price, with nothing extra to show for it. Lastly, Clayton had cleaned our house before we moved into it and had accidentally left an expensive ladder in the garage. When he came to give the initial quote, he was reminded of his ladder and was so excited that we'd returned it that he offered a free gutter cleaning. Never happened. Competent cleaning ladies, but totally incompetent management. Very disappointed.

They arrived at the appointed time, they were polite and efficient and did a good job. Unfortunately they broke a glass sconce in the bathroom the first time which they promised to replace. As it turned out, the sconce was not longer available, so it took some time to resolve the issue. The owner tried hard to find a replacement, but ended up having the replace the whole light fixture.

I had used this company every two weeks since early 2009. They treat their customers terrible. The owner called me two days before my cleaning date and told me they would not be cleaning anymore and he was sorry. They had a disgruntled employee that went to the state after she was fired and complained about dog pee at my house. At that time I had a Shih tzu dying of lymphoma. I was left without a cleaner and the owner said that they could no longer service my home. He commented on how nice he was on the phone. This is how they reward your customer loyalty. Two weeks before they quit on me he came to take pictures because the housekeepers marred a cherry bar/buffet on the bottom. I had to fill it in with antique markers/crayons. The service was erratic as far as quality. The staff changed constantly. Once when I complained about one of them saying they dusted when they did not the owner yelled at me and took the employees side. One of their employees complained about me accusing them of stealing my pills but I just said that I could not find them and did not point any fingers. I do not recommend this company. They left me high and dry.

Clayton came promptly. He said his "team" would do a thorough cleaning and they would know what to do. As it was a rental building, I was limited as to what I could pay so I said if it were extra to clean the blinds to skip that a concentrate on the main items. I was concerned that he would not be there when the "team" came but he said that they would do the thorough clean and that they know what to do. He also said that their english was limited but again they know what to do. When I let the "team" in the first thing the leader said was "So what do you want us to do for $300.00?" It went downhill from there. They did call Clayton and they did do an ok job but I had to have them skip the bathrooms, windows and blinds.......as they said that would cost more................. So it was a bait and switch.

I called and they were able to show up the next day. a crew of three cleaners worked for three hours and did a thorough cleaning. no problems.

The team did a thorough job, a 10 out of 10.

In the beginning, it was a good experience. Such as, the company was responsive and most of the work was performed. Since the work was performed around the holidays, we tried to have everything completed prior to the year end and moving into the home. Also, in the spirit of the holidays, we wanted to pay the company for the work performed before the holidays arrived. We paid the company in full when 80% of the work was completed. After receiving full payment, there were two items left to be completed: 1) apply the moss control treatment to the roof and the walkways and 2) scrub the window sills with moss removal cleaner. The owner stated that these items would be completed. Time went by and we never heard from the owner and the work was never completed. In April, the owner called stating he was sorry that the work was never completed and that we had fallen through the cracks. He offered to have his company complete the remaining work that weekend and we stated that we would like it done. However, the company never came to our home that weekend and still have not. Thus, we have paid them for work they did not complete. In addition, we are having to incur the additional expense to have someone else complete that work and fix the damage that was caused by them not completing their work.

They do a great job. They are coming on Friday. Their price depends upon how many people they have, how long it takes, how big the place is, and if we are signing up for the deep cleaning program. What we are doing once a month, I would not extend that to where they came once a week and it would be $400.00 because they would be spending less time since the place would not have gotten as dirty.-I don't have a lot to say about them other than that they do a great job so I keep them. They are very good about contacting me if they have scheduling issues. I can talk to the guy who is the owner once in a while about making changes, so they are very responsive. I plan to use them in the future. I may make it every two weeks.

They cleaned the entire house including wiping all baseboards, cabinets, trim, windowsills. the hickory hardwood floors never looked so good. I would hire them in a second and recommend them to anyone that wants a superior cleaning job at a reasonabe price.

We came to know about Trustworthy Cleaning Services through Angie’s list. I use their service twice a month and I pay $90 for each time. They always clean very well. I would use their service in the future too.

They come out once in every 2 weeks. We have a 4000 square foot house and they do general dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, etc. They are affordable and do a great job.

They are very thorough and very open in what they do. They are very fair in the services that they deliver. They also come once a month and do a housecleaning service. They are busy and you have to chase them down once in a while. They come when they say they are coming or they give you a call to schedule another appointment if they can't make it. I think that they provide value-added services. My daughter too has them do her cleaning and I would recommend them.

They are very, very good. We use them on a regular basis. We pay them every other week. There is a group of 4 cleaners that come in. The head cleaner has changed recently and she is just kind of getting used to things so she is not quite as efficient as the other. I don't want to judge her too quickly. They are efficient and reliable. If they are going to be late, they always call and that is not frequent. It is a good experience. The price seems reasonable because there are 4 of them.

Clayton was very responsive and easy to work with. He was also very polite. He has four ladies work for him that do not seem motivated to work. There were some areas they missed completely. They should have done a much better job than they did. The freezer was entirely missed and was not cleaned up at all. A few places I had to point out to them and then they went back and cleaned those places.

We had them coming in on a semi-regular basis for about 9 months. The cleaners are pretty good and detail oriented. In the past 4-5 months, they've had terrible scheduling issues. For a 10am appt their cleaners would show up at 7:30am (happened three times) and request to get the job done. The person in charge of scheduling was not courteous about this at all. Recently, they hiked the price by 50% and blamed it on the size of my house. I dont understand why the price of the service has to go up if the size of the house has not changed? If the price went up by up to 25% I would have considered but 50% was just too much, especially because of the reason they mentioned.

Nothing to say except I don't know anything they could have doe differently. I highly recommend this company.

Office staff is incredibly responsive and warm. Actual cleaners are haphazard and don't pay attention to detail. Cleaning staff rushes through job. Upside is they use all their own cleaning supplies. Big plus.

This company did an outstanding job and I will use them again in the future. I'm amazed at the quality of work they accomplished in 3.5 hours. The cleaning products they used were excellent and my house smells fresh and clean. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for the service they provide.

They (Juana and team) were efficient, professional, polite, and did a thorough job. They asked me to check the rooms for which I had specified for them to concentrate their efforts before they were done but I never had to ask for them to go back to do more. They are tightly scheduled and couldn't come on time but called ahead to see if the delay was okay (we've scheduled them 3 times now and they were early once, late but with a prompt call once, and were going to be late but that didn't work for me the third time).

This went really well and I'm asking them to come back on a regular basis. Particularly nice: they made my son's tub look like new.. something I was never able to get completely clean. Overall, a wonderful experience! (3 people x 4 hours)

After a very shaky start, this service is now underway. In my most recent commentary, they failed to show up on Tuesday. They realized their error and contacted us that evening, offering a $25.00 discount from the quoted $90.00. They showed up as promised on Wednesday and did a very good job. We plan to continue with this service.
