 + -1 moreWe were introduced to Trish through a friend and have never regretted our decision to hire her. She is professional, honest and was available anytime we had questions. We were blown away by the number of ways she used to get people into our house. She handled all calls, coordinated showings and followed up with each visit. When we sold our house - she was a skilled negotiator. She kept our interest in mind without scaring off the buyer. We would definitely use her again!
Description of Work: Trish sold our house in this crazy housing market. She brought people in the door even when the market was at its slowest. Of course she provided current, custom color flyers and RMLS listing. But she took it much, much further. She paid stagers to come in for a consultation (we then hired them) and we had a 360 degree online tour on her webpage. She sent E-flyers sent to all Portland area agents weekly and had agent showings. She worked with multiple sale websites and we were the featured house of the week a couple times on a premier website. We were on a real estate tv channel, on the cover of a real estate book and were advertised in the local paper, RMLS, websites, etc. We also had multiple open houses.
