+ -1 moreI responded to Craigslist advertisement and they replied next day, set up contract over the phone and shared photo's of previous jobs and I sent photos of job to be done. I had several questions prior to job and Shane answered everything and had great advise. Showed up on time, worked clean, fast, finish 400 sgft 2 1/2 days. Then charged me less than agreed upon. My personal comments ; Young Family guy with tile experience (12 years) He brought a 25 year experience employee with him. He was able to answer all my questions. Great emails prior to work days. Answered all my questions and worked hard. I'm a police officer and won't let just anyone in our house. This guy can be trusted. Finally, we had 400 square foot tile installed in 3 rooms. We had a price agreement and when he gave me the bill it was less than we agreed upon! The tiles were perfectly level and his advise and grout samples saved us from a permanent mistake. Thanks Shane!
