Dave was very easy to work with, extremely personable and professional. He was prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to others, I got my typed report the very evening of the inspection, great!

Buying a home is hard enough, but buying one from out of state is extremely stressful and difficult. We really wanted to be present during our home inspection and David rearranged his schedule to accommodate us with just hours notice. This kept us from having to fly back for the inspection. He was thorough, honest and took his time answering questions and explaining his findings.

Dave was easily accessible, always returning our calls and emails promptly. He showed up at both properties early. He took time throughout his inspection to discuss with us - and when necessary - show us his findings. At the end of the inspection, he went through every detail again. And throughout the process he answered questions - from simple to complex. He was very thorough and found issues we never would have on our own, including, in one case, an actual hole in the roof that was not easily visible. He is conscientious, thorough and trustworthy. Knowing in advance that one home had a stone front, he researched installation protocol and let us know his concerns. We will always use him, from this point forward.
