Description of Work: They came to examine our clothes dryer. The problem seemed to fix itself while they were here. They did a repair on the dryer a couple of months previously.

+ -1 moreWalt was easy to schedule and very punctual for his appointment. He is a real advocate for extending the life of a very good appliance & we appreciated his attention to detail. He backs up his work with a 90-day guarantee which is a bonus.
Description of Work: Walt has extended the life of our Maytag washer. On his first service a little over 3 months ago he couldn't locate the part that was causing our washer to leak. On his second visit he diagnosed the part that needed to be replaced & performed the work quickly.

+ -1 moreThe gentleman wasn't able to fix the problem the first time he came. He had to come back to repair again and there was no charge this time. He kept replacing some tubing and obviously it wasn't the main cause of the problem. My refrigerator is still not fixed; I just turn the water off because it's leaking. My husband doesn't want to pay somebody else to come out and look at it. It sounded to me that the gentleman was always delaying it.
Description of Work: Appliance Wizard tried to fix the refrigerator.
