It went extremely well. Tami patiently showed me several houses in the Hillsboro/Beaverton/Cornelius area and was very helpful/patient as I made my decision. She was responsive with my requests to see new houses and was always prepared and professional, having the appropriate information for each house we visited. She was also indispensable during the closing process, providing helpful contacts and options along the way.

I'm not sure how Tami tolerated us. I was by far the toughest new home seeker out there. We owned a home. We were on no time crunch and wanted a DEAL. So that drove my wife and I to take our time to explore every option out there over an extended period of time. Tami was able to help us hone in what we were truly looking for and in the area we wanted. The rest fell on us. There were several times where we called on Tami for early morning showings, late evening showings or even on the spot "lets go look at this NOW" showings, Tami was there for us, and in fact, it was one of those sporadic showings that resulted in us getting our offer in and excepted for our new home before the next would-be buyer.

I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Tami. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable about the business but she is caring and truly wants to find the house you want, not just make a sale. I will definitely use Tami again when we need to sell/buy a home!

When we are ready to sell and buy again in the future, we will most definitely use Tami again. Her professionalism, kindness, and constant reassuring of all our concerns made the home buying process a great experience, though of course with any major financial decision, there were some unavoidable bumps along the way. Without question the two challenges of buying and selling were completed smoothly because of Tami Parks. She was able to guide us in a professional manner but went beyond just being a real estate agent. As elderly people , my wife and I presented her with many questions but we soon learned that she was never to busy to be there for us.
