Description of Work: Replaced old metal gutters and downspouts in tandem with replacement of roof (different company did roof work); removed and replaced metal chimney cap. Custom-fabricated new gutters and downspouts to match original color and appearance of gutters being replaced. Added above-ground clean-outs for downspouts, using care to place them optimally for access and good appearance. Replaced galvanized chimney cap with stainless steel cap, custom-fabricated to fit precisely over existing wood-framed chimney surround.

+ -1 moreDuring my first call to TT & L I was told the estimator would call me in a couple of weeks to schedule a day to do the bid. I never heard back. Two months later I called again, explained my experience, and was again told the estimator would contact me. Again, no call back.
Description of Work: No work was done because they never called back after multiple attempts. They came recommended by a neighbor, but I never even got a call back to schedule a bid.

Description of Work: I phoned the company three times to have someone come out and give me a bid. No one ever bothered to call me back. They must be very busy or else they thought my job was too small to be bothered with.

+ -1 moreThese guys were on-time, courteous and the gutters are awesome. They fabricated the gutters right in front of the house for continuous pieces that far exceeded the gutters put on from the construction remodeler's prior to us purchasing the home. The quality is outstanding and I would hands down recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: Removed existing gutters and replaced the gutters around the house.
