Our 20 year old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I appreciated the quote received from Sutherland Plbg. It was very cleanly written, detailed and actually higher than another quote we received. Sutherland's quote helped us decide to go with them. Ti and Cameron arrived early and worked longer than expected without additional charges. THOROUGH, extra measures were taken during the installation. Small issues were discovered and corrected. The service was excellent. We have a fresh, new, huge water heater that was made in America and I've never thought a water heater could be attractive but this one is :)! Top tier knowledge Of his trade. He was on time and honestly did the work as if it were at his own home. Amazing attention to detail. Did a thorough walk through upon completion, talked about warranty and ongoing service. Used top quality parts and cleaned up when he was done. He is our plumbing contractor for life moving forward.

I had Sutherland Plumbing put in a hot water heater two years ago and had their number handy. I was having an issue with some plumbing and called. I reached a lady in the office and she sent out messages to her team in the field. I received a text message from one and a phone call from another. Both were very much appreciated. Mine was a non-emergency replacement of a water heater and installation of house water line pressure valve. I was initially dubious about leaving a voicemail as instructed by their phone recording, but my call received a very prompt same-day response. Using FaceTime for the initial consultation allowed a quick and convenient but accurate online bid. The whole process was efficient and painless. The cost was $1000 less than another bid, thanks to following Ti’s recommendations. Ti and his team are true plumbing professionals, and I recommend them with no reservations. I can assure you that you cannot possibly go wrong choosing this company for any plumbing needs that you have.

I was put off by the fact that all calls go to voicemail. The message says that all incoming messages are then converted to text message. The company returns the call if they determine an appointment should be scheduled. My preference is personal contact upfront. Therefore I chose another company found on your list, Excellence Plumbing.

Ti has always gone above and beyond to help out when we were in a situation where we didn't have water. In 2013, our old water heater gave out and leaked all down through the house. Ti was referred to us from another company who did not have availability to come do the replacement job. He was there same-day, and we had water back up and running with a new water heater the same afternoon I called him. Most recently, the pilot light went out and Ti assisted me via phone at 9pm at night to relight the pilot so that we would have hot water again without having to wait until the next day for a service call. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS! Most appreciative of his fast, and very friendly service.

I was quoted $1650 to replace a standard shower and tub valve. That price did not include any work other than the valve replacement. The professional seemed more interested in recommending I redo the entire shower/tub with tile and make it look nice, than replacing the valve. The 2nd quote I got was $750, and that was everything included.

I highly recommend Ti Sutherland and the Sutherland Plumbing Team. We had the pipe from the water main to our house break in the yard, and thus were without water. Of course this happened when our son was 1 week old, so being without water was a major emergency. We called a few other plumbers, they all were going to see if they could make it to our house later in the week, meaning we would be without water for a minimum of 5 days. When we called Sutherland Plumbing, Ti was the only plumber that acknowledged the tough situation we were in, and he was at our house an hour later, and got us set up with temporary water right away! For the permanent fix, I assumed it would require digging a trench through our yard and would entail a major construction project. But Ti had another solution, he used a specialized drill rig to replace the pipe without digging up our yard. The whole process took about half a day. The entire Sutherland team was courteous, punctual, and highly qualified - true plumbing professionals! For any future plumbing issues we will be calling Sutherland Plumbing, and I recommend that you do as well.

Went great. The bathroom drain clogged again in a couple of weeks and the tech came out, cleared it again, showed how to keep clear, and didn't charge. The faucet repair was perfect. Great communication and skills.

This is the second time I've used Sutherland Plumbing and I had a very good experience both times. More recently, I had a leak in my toilet and Sean came to fix it. He called before coming to give me an ETA. Sean arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem quickly. He showed me what was needed and discussed my options. I decided to install a new toilet rather than fix an old one. We discussed what would meet my needs best and the toilet was installed the same day. Sean is professional, helpful, friendly and does an outstanding job. I highly recommend Sutherland Plumbing and will not consider using any other plumber.

Very poorly. Sutherland Plumbing never responded and the job remains not done. I called Sutherland several times but never got a live person, just a recording asking me to leave a message and they would get back to me. I left a message but they never responded back. The problem remains unresolved. Next week I will need to start looking for another plumber to do the job.

Came out and evaluated steps needed to relocate spicket from garage to front yard. Provided same-day estimate by email. Very prompt in keeping app't and timely with the estimate. Estimate showed a cost of $1200 to move the spicket.

Sutherland Plumbing is great! They fit us in on a cancellation since we were without hot water. The work was done efficiently. Cameron went beyond the standard service by helping us clean up under the house where the heater had leaked. He also looked at our back yard faucet and showed us the "bleeder" valve for our future use. He wore booties when he came into the house and left the area clean upon completion. He showed us how to adjust the temp on the water heater. This was a professional job all the way around.

Excellent! The dispatcher, Courtney, made a real effort to get us on the schedule before our vacation. The technician, Sean, was polite, neat, thorough and completed the job as quoted with no problems or surprises. He even took the time, on his own, to tighten a garage entry door knob.

Ti is one of those guys that knows plumbing, has customer service mastered. My water pressure was down 60% from normal. He diagnosed the fixes correctly and completed in a timely manner.

Everything went smoothly. Courtney responded to my voice mail with a text message to get additional information and ask for an email address. Within 15 minutes I received a text from Ti Sutherland saying he had sent a quote to my email. It was very detailed and more expensive than the other quotes I had received. However, it include more new parts, a ten year warranty (which only one other quote did), and none of the other 3 people I contacted provided me anything in writing. Although this was the most expensive bid, I felt most comfortable with the communications with Ti and Courtney and felt they would do a good job. So the job was schedule about 10 days later. Ti dropped off the water heater the night before. Sean, the installer, called in the morning to let us know his estimated arrival time and showed up as promised. The work took about 5 hours (which was longer than the 3-hour estimate originally provided to me). Sean was very good about keeping us aware of what he was doing (especially when he was in the house rather than the garage where the water heater is located). Everything was cleaned up nicely and after 5 days the water heater seems to be working fine. My only real concern with the cost was that perhaps we were getting more than we really needed, but it seemed fair for the work done. And Sean even asked if there were any other plumbing issues we'd like to talk about and he gave us some advice on a leaking sink faucet.
