Description of Work: don't remember details. Angies List deal for plumbing inspection, but inspector didn't inspect the area he thought was the most likely cause of the symptom, and quoted a price much higher than appropriate to fix it.

Description of Work: scheduling, arrival, performance all perfect. He would not install a disposal I had purchased, wanted to supply his own. He is professional, and did not want to be responsible for other than his brand, a perfectionist. I was very happy with his work.

Description of Work: Did a minor toilet rebuild and replaced emergency shutoff valve for the toilet.

Description of Work: They were inflexible in their scheduling. I was unable to get them scheduled within the time they required to use the Deal purchased. Very disappointing experience.

Description of Work: I had Ty come over to replace a filler valve that was broken. He came and assessed the work and did not have a quick fix as access to replace the piece was a challenge and he did not have the right part. He thought through it and told me that he had a way of fixing without changing out the filler valve. He told me that he would not charge me for the call and explained to me what part I needed that I can purchase at Ace Hardware, he showed me how to replace it, he called Ace for me to ensure that they carried the part, texted me a photo of the part and once again, he did not charge me. I will definitely use him if I ever have plumbing issues in the future for sure!

Description of Work: Estimate on replacing toilet, referral to pick out toilet and kitchen faucet, removal of garbage disposal, installation of new kitchen sink faucet, repair waterline to fridge, re sulk sink surround.

Description of Work: They provided a toilet tune-up and home plumbing inspection. It was fine. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was good to get somebody in at that price.

Description of Work: Performed toilet check-up and fixed a known issue. Ty was great.

Description of Work: Ti and his helper arrived on on time. He came on a $39 Angie's list coupon special for a tune up for my toilet. When he checked the toilet he said he'd never heard that noise before and that was a new one. They went outside and checked the water pressure and it was very high. He then told me I needed a pressure valve on my water pipe to regulate the pressure. He also said I needed a shut off valve inside which I did not have. He said he could he could fix the toilet but the problem was with the pressure being to high. Ti said that the pressure needed to be regulated or I would have lots of problems down the road. The toilet not functioning was just a sympton of the water pressure being too high. He also said I needed an expansion tank on my water heater. I asked for an estimate and he said $1400. After he did that work he said that I needed a new toilet tank assembly as well which he added on afterward. I asked him to itemize the bill and he said doing it as one price was better for me. I usually get at least three bids and I am surprised I did not. He seemed very professional and had all the supplies on his truck and could do the job right away. Afterwards I did some checking and could not come up with anything near the amount he charged me based on the information I looked up. So, I called him and we talked about it. He thanked me for calling him and talking to him about the charge. He explained to me that he used the best materials and that because he had all the supplies on his truck and the job was worth what he charged. It was a good job but still seems high to me. Since I did not get other bids I want to believe this but still have some doubt in my mind. Next time I will get three bids like I always do. Since I did not get the other bids and get an itemized list of materials Ti used and the exact hours he spent here I am not sure I could have accomplished finding an estimate for the work he did and then compare bids. He was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. I am surprised that I did not check further as this is not what I have always done in the past. I am happy with the work he did and can't say for sure that the price was excellent for I have nothing to compare it with. That's why I gave him a B on price. As an addition to the work he did he fixed the water faucet on the side of my house by putting a couple of wood screws to secure it to the side of the house. He also fixed the faucet by the road so the hose did not leak. I did appreciate that extra work he did.

Description of Work: Ti helped me learn a little bit more about our new house and recommended how we could make some of the fixes ourselves. In a major plumbing situation, we'll definitely use him again.

Description of Work: The original Angie's List cost was $39/toilet x3 = $117 which was $573 more than the final cost as they told us we needed to rebuild all 3 toilet tanks. Disappointed by the larger leap in price but we think it's worth it.

Description of Work: Toilet tuneup. Very effective. Later had emergency situation with kitchen faucet on a Sunday. Call was answered promptly and new faucet was installed same day.
