Description of Work: Ti Sutherland unclogged one of our bath tub drains and discovered the source of a foul odor that presented when we used our washing machine and/or kitchen sink. Now our tub drains well and no foul odor remains - success!

Description of Work: Initially, I hired Sutherland Plumbing for a toilet problem. I was so impressed with Ty Sutherland's professionalism and integrity that I also had him replace a problematic faucet. Last month, the toilet he installed had a parts problem and he came out the next day and replaced the part free of charge. He is knowledgeable, honest, easy to work with, and stands behind his work. I will use Sutherland Plumbing for further plumbing work done at my house.

Description of Work: Replaced a toilet, replaced a garbage disposal, and I believe they checked the draining in the shower & bathroom sink,,,,it's a rental. All top drawer appliances but if the tenants do Not abuse the fixtures..... Should last a Life time due to the costs .... I planned to spend maybe $300 & spent loads more... They were kind enough to Wavie the credit card fee.....since I did not plan for the extra costs.. They moved fast, conscientious of making sure not track in a mess & not to leave a mess...I felt very comfortable with their ability to do things right the first time... Very kind people :-) the costs were just a by shocking..but I was ready to put the problems |To rest! And that they did! I have always trust Angie's list &will continue too!

Description of Work: Plumber who arrived was not very professional and quoted a very high price for service which was unplugging a toilet or removing toilet if unplugging was unsuccessful. Removing toilet was going to cost several hundred dollars and when we said that was very high, he quickly lost interest and packed up his things and left.

Description of Work: Replaced the garbage disposal (I had the disposal), rebuilt hardware for toilet and did a tune up on 2nd bathroom toilet. Very prompt, professional. Also helped me decide some options for a limited budget.

Description of Work: They were to inspect & tune up. They gave a good overall analysis, but too costly to replace two toilets. So we replaced with two new toilets and all hose & connection from wall to toilet. All fixed! I appreciated their evaluation of nature of issues.
