Ti was fantastic. Our 20+ year old water heater gave out in the middle of the night and flooded our upstairs and downstairs. I tried to find a plumber the following day to come and replace it, but no one wanted to do it because of the location of the water heater--in an attic space. Ti was referred to me by a plumber who would have done it, but was too booked up and within 3 hours of my phone call he was at the house and busy replacing our water heater. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for Sutherland Plumbing! Ti will be the guy I call for any and all future plumbing needs. Thanks!

I called Sutherland Plumbing and within the hour they were at my door. I don't know anything about plumbing...and am nervous about being overcharged....but they did a very thorough assessment of my problems (running toilet, leak under sink) and were very upfront about the problems and the best way to fix them. I even put my Dad on the phone with him to discuss with them before going ahead with the repairs. All hardware (including toilet) was on the truck so within a few hours (or less) everything was done. I received a call back a few days later checking to see if everything was to my satisfaction and the work is guaranteed for 2 years. Very high quality toilet and faucet. I highly recommend this service!!!! The only suggestion I would have for the company would be to make it easier on customers to use VISA. I did write a check but would have preferred to put it on my credit card.
