I am so grateful to Sutherland Plumbing for quickly solving our problem. Thank you Courtney and Sean for fitting in the job on the same day so that we could turn our water back on! Top marks for responsiveness, communication and professionalism. Sean went the extra mile with some advice for improving our water heater. I hope we don't need any more plumbing repairs, but if we do, I will call Sutherland.

Without a doubt these folks are one of a kind! Ti went out of his way to help me figure out the best way to get my mainline replaced with the least amount of disruption and damage. I will never use anyone else for any future plumbing issues.

Superlative service! I contacted Ti when I was unable to relight the water heater pilot light after I had turned it off for some home plumbing work. He contacted me within minutes, even though it was Super bowl Sunday. Ti walked me through the relighting process in a professional and easy to follow manner. Once he was sure I was following the process correctly, we discussed other possibilities I could investigate before having a service call. I was able to confirm the issue and relight the pilot light. Ti asked only for a good review on Angie's list if I found his service helpful. I will be contacting him again to discuss any next steps for this issue, and for any plumbing related work needed in the future.

The meter reader informed us we had a leak so we called Sutherland. Prompt response, got here ahead of schedule, wearing masks. Very patient with my young dog! After spending about 40 minutes eliminating possibilities they concluded the leak was in the sprinkler system so we shut it off. This is not in their job area but the man told us there would be no charge for their time! Next time we need someone they get the call.

I was pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done. We had an original tankless water heater from 2005 and sadly it started leaking. Sutherland came out and we determined that we needed a new water heater. Our home the old tank was built in to our garage wall, so the new one was larger and not able to go into the wall. The did a beautiful job, making it look great and function wonderfully! I highly recommend using Sutherland for your plumbing needs!!

We have found our “forever plumbing contractor” on the basis of: - Professionalism in terms of customer engagement, professional knowledge, and respect for our home as a worksite. Sean wore a mask for the entire visit, which was much appreciated. - Sean provided consultation on the diagnosis of two separate issues and possible solutions for each; fixture options - explaining differences and accurate quotes. - Sean arrived on time, performed the needed work to high quality standards, and left nothing behind but a newly installed toilet and a clean worksite...and an extremely happy customer. It is clear that this is a solid and professionally operated business that cares about their customer outcomes and seems to be seeking long term customer relationships. When I contacted Sutherland I was asked specific questions to not only understand what we required, but also the urgency of the work. Our issues were not emergencies and we were happy to queue up for having the work done within a couple of weeks in deference to those with more urgent needs. Without a doubt this approach to scheduling allows for more accurate time blocking and less pressure on Sutherland staff and customers.

A relative suggested Sutherland Plumbing who responded immediately, restored temporary water to the house, and arranged permits for water main replacement. The work was done in a day and all questions were answered throughout. Ti worked as hard as his crew and explained what was happening each step of the way. We will definitely call on him for future plumbing repairs.

I thought the drain in my upstairs shower was leaking. Sutherland send Sean out to look at it. Turns out, the drain was fine. The problem was a crack in the fiberglass lining of the shower floor. To his credit, Sean honestly told me I didn't need a plumber, but I needed someone to replace or fix the fiberglass. He was honest and did not do work that was unnecessary. I can't tell you how grateful I am for business people like Sean. BTW, communication with this company was seamless and professional. If I need a plumber in the future, these are the people I will call!

Ti promptly reviewed the situation and very patiently explained all of our options saving us both time and money. He helped us find the option that matched our personality and need. We are diehard Toyota fans. The option we chose was in line with those who appreciate the reliability of a Toyota Camry. Perfect! Thank you, Ti! Cameron B. and Nathan F. came out exactly when they said they would and provided efficient, impeccable workmanship. They were very respectful and kind. They explained everything to us every step of the way. The end result exceeded our expectations! Anything that was no longer to code was quickly brought up to code. Anything that could be done more thoughtfully, was. An example of this is that a drainage pipe was added so that if it ever did leak at some distant time in the future it would do so in the most controlled way possible. Also added was an upper added tank to allow for pressure release thus extending the life of this unit. An outflow shut off valve was added where there was none. I never realized how beautiful a water heater unit could be! Enclosed is a photo! Night and day difference between that and our old one. Finally, I must comment on how much we appreciated how careful Cameron and Nathan were when it came to Covid19 safety. They faithfully wore their masks, stayed far away from us at all times, and explained everything from the phone, per our request. We felt very comfortable having them on our property during a pandemic! The whole process was smooth and pleasant and stress-free. Thank you, Sutherland Plumbing!

Ti called me back right away, excellent communication, took photos that help me understand the problem and the options to solve it. He also contacted the irrigation guy to make sure he was not going to create another problem. Left everything very clean. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Needed main underground water service replaced from meter to the basement, and connected to our existing PEX pipes. During the initial visit, Cameron was very helpful and took his time to explain our options. Later Ti, Cameron and crew did an excellent job and left the site very clean after the work was completed. I recommend their business.

The plumber, Cameron, was thorough, professional and explained everything that needed to be done and why. He was very thorough and the work, cleanup and his thorough check of the new pipe and all of the water flow in the house was excellent. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Plumbing repairs can be a pain. It started with what I thought could be a simple fix, but ended up being a full replacement of all my drain pipes leading to my main drain out to the street. Overall, the repair was expensive, but I felt confident I got what I paid for. The workmanship and professionalism throughout the project was great. The plumbers worked non-stop for almost 10 hours and everything was always to code and it felt like no corners were ever cut to just "finish" the job. Also, the little things like wearing masks and coverings of their shoes for the whole job added to the high-level of polish in their service. I would gladly use Sutherland Plumbing again for any of my professional plumbing needs.

Sutherland responded to my request extremely quickly and I had no problem getting an appointment the following business day. They were prompt, worked clean, thorough, and professional. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Very well. They arrived on time and had the job done in one day, which included having to jack hammer the concrete floor and re-concrete it when they were finished. Not a cheap repair, but worth it for the peace of of mind knowing that they had done a good job.

Installed new main water line from the street, water heater, water pressure regulator, and brought electrical grounding up to code. $1485 for water heater;$6,115.50 for the rest. Total $7,960.50. We were extremely pleased with Sutherlin Plumbing. They were professional, very responsive to our calls and showed up on time. Ti and his team of subcontractors were a pleasure to work with. They did high-quality work, brought everything up to code and went the extra mile. The contract was clear and detailed. Clean up was thorough. Sutherland has special equipment that allows for greater efficiency and less impact to my property. He minimized the size of the holes in the concrete by using a machine that injects water and sucks out gravel and soil. At no extra charge, they replaced an outside faucet, emptied out my sink trap, replaced faulty faucets aerators, repaired concrete in driveway, repaired a damaged waterline in the house, and installed extra shut off valves.

Sean fixed our leaky faucet, showed us why it was leaking, provided several options, and gave us advice for future problems. Excellent service! Will definitely use their services again.

I reached out to Sutherland Plumbing on September 19, 2019 because of a water leak in the kitchen of one of our rental properties. Even though they were booked they found a way to make a service call the follow afternoon. Communication was great and their work was perfect! Very professional. I have complete confidence that Sutherland Plumbing will get the job done right. I have used Sutherland Plumbing for many years and they will continue to be my first choice!

Work was to repair/replace the grey water drain piping in the crawl space that had broken flooding the area under the kitchen. Crew of four arrived as schedule, worked independently, and completed all facets of the project in half the scheduled time. Very smooth teamwork, and very capable crew. Thanks to Ti, Sean, Cameron, Nathan, and Cooper (the dog). Additional work included; replaced cracked bathroom sink, installed 3 new facets, and minor rebuilds on 2 toilets. Would hire Sutherland Plumbing, LLC next time plumbing needs arise.

I developed a leak in my water line late Friday. It was not an emergency since I could work around it. Ty Sutherland called me Sunday evening to say that Cameron could be there Monday morning to look at it. By mid morning Cameron had found the problem, explained why it had happened in the first place (faulty connection of my sprinkler system to the water line) and fixed it. I thought Cameron was knowledgeable and took a lot of pride in his work. I would not hesitate to call Sutherland Plumbing again for future plumbing needs. Its great to do business with a company which seems to have it's act together.

The quality of the work and materials was exceptional.

It was an enjoyable experience working with Sutherland Plumbing. Camron Bloom came to my house the same day I contacted Angie's List. He saw the problem and explained my options for repairing it. The best part is they could fix it in two days without cutting down a street tree, or trenching through my flower beds. They handled all the permits and city inspectors, and the job site was left cleaner than how they found it. I would use Sutherland Plumbing again and recommend to others.

We received excellent service from Sutherland plumbing. They were very accommodating in working with our particular plumbing needs and schedule. We were especially pleased with Sean Andersen, the plumber that worked with us. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He respected our space, and kept us informed of any issues or changes that came up relating out our specific situation. We will certainly contact Sutherland again as needs arise.
