My seven year old disposal had rusted resulting in water leaking underneath the sink. He explained my options for a new disposal and installed the new disposal.

Sutherland once again came through for me when I needed a plumber I could trust. Even though they were double booked, they were able to replace a toilet for me (even selecting, purchasing and picking up the specialty toilet for me) all within just a few days. All other plumbers I called wouldn't even consider coming out for 6 weeks or more! Another job where I can say Sutherland went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I also have to say how much I appreciate Sutherland's immediate response time whenever I have an issue. There's nothing more frustrating than waiting to hear back from a service provider... **Sean Anderson did the work - request him if you can - he's polite, meticulous, tidy, and knows what he's doing. He was even kind enough to explain to me how the new pressure flushing system worked and gave me helpful tips on how to best to maintain it. Sean also made sure there was no other issues that needed attending to or looked at before he left. :) THANK YOU! The plumbing in my house was original from 1972 and there were other places that would leak quite soon. So they replaced everything under my kitchen sink - including the garbage disposal which was rusting through from the inside and showing rust spots on the outside. Wonderful, professional people that explained what needed to be done. He created this 'workshop' around him with everything he needed and cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend to others and will rehire again!

Professional throughout the entire process - arrangements, removal and disposal of old water heater, installation, and site cleanup. Arrived early after providing a courtesy call. Three-man team made short work of the project. Each team member was highly proficient and as team worked very well together. I contacted Sutherland Plumbing through phone and left a voicemail, followed up with email through their website. John responded by text to me in a respectful way but declined to take the job or even provide a bid.

Sean arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He patiently answered my many questions. My home is an older home and some of the work ended up taking a fair amount of time longer than originally expected. Nevertheless, the price quoted at the beginning of the service was the price charged. I would hire Sutherland again and would recommend them to others.

Entered the kitchen to find a large puddle of water on the floor coming from the fridge. Went to shut off the water using the valve under the sink, but instead the valve broke and pressurized water began spraying out. Was able to turn off the main water line to the house, and even though the company is closed on Sunday, I called in the hopes that someone might be able to handle this emergency. Received a call from the company about an hour later, explained my situation, and within half an hour, the owner, Ti, showed up and took care of my emergency. He was very efficient, the pricing was very reasonable, and he even informed me that plastic valves from the 80's are like ticking time bombs and that this could happen again. I plan to schedule another appointment in the near future to get all my plastic valves replaced. Thank you again Ti for not only coming to my aid on your day off, but also preventing any future water damage to my home.

I am very happy with the service we received. It was a relief to have a plumber that was responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and efficient. I am left with no doubts as to the quality of the work performed. Excellent service.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment via text messaging, which was convenient for me. John and his apprentice arrived early and did an thorough assessment of the issue with the toilet and the minor problem with the bathtub faucets. He recommended replacing the toilet, as it was the original 20-year-old "builder's model." He gave me information on a rebate I could receive through the city because he was installing a low-flow toilet. I was able to print out the rebate form for him to fill out by the time he finished the work. The toilet works great, and we're happy we'll save money with the rebate and on our future water bills. John was able to make minor adjustments to the tub faucet handles, so they turned on and off more easily. I also took them up on the offer for additional handyman tasks in the remaining time, since I have some back issues. They moved the fridge out and turned on its water line, which the previous homeowners had turned off; then, they made sure it wasn't leaking. They also took about 15 minutes to move a mattress set and secure some dowels to bed frame slats, so the frame fully supported the mattress. I appreciate their honest assessment, quality work, and extra help. Our household would definitely use Sutherland Plumbing for future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Replaced an outdoor faucet. They did a good job. It costed more than the other bit but went with them because high rating on your site.

Toilet constantly ran. Was looked at and told I had a “contractors” to net and that the repair parts were hard to find. Offered to replace toilet by 4:00 pm at a cost of 600 ps. I found parts and replaced gasket myself.

Ti Sutherland and his apprentice worked for several hours on this job and they took great care in completing the project. They installed two gauges so we can actually see the water temperature and the water pressure and that is very much appreciated. We will use this plumber in the future and have already referred him to friends and neighbors. Thank you, Ti, for a job well done.

The guys from Sutherland replaced my old water heater, and in the process upgraded every part of the system past the wall - new, nicer shutoff valves, piping, drainage, leak protection, and a thermal expansion tank. They volunteered to install the new heater in a different place in the utility closet so I'd have more usable closet space. They were clean, friendly, and fast - the whole process took a tiny bit more than two hours. When the time came to pay the bill, he volunteered that he had a coupon for Angie's List members which I could have printed out, and gave me the discount even though I hadn't presented (or even mentioned) the coupon.
