Heart racing and flush faced I scrambled to find which hole I'd dropped the ball down. I don't miss appointments like that. Before anything else; I never promise that we never make mistakes but I do promise that when we do I'll sail across the ocean to make it right. I think there has been a series of unfortunate circumstances leading us here. 1.) my records indicate one communication between you and I, Angie's list notified me of your big deal purchase to which I sent you a message via Angie's message center: see attached screen shot. I didn't get a response...... I couldn't call you as your Angie profile doesn't include your phone number...... 2.) I answer all the phones & make all the appointments. I don't remember speaking to you but that's not saying much as I talk to about 40 customers and different calls a day. Even if I did I'm perplexed how I would have committed to an 11-2 window for yesterday when I was turning people away and booking new calls into the week of the 14th four days before you claim we spoke "Monday". Additionally I've never had your phone number. I'm pretty fastidious about note taking and scheduling when it comes to clients and service calls. 3.) I did find your voice mail this morning however it was marked "read" like it had been listened to.... I can't figure that out.... The phones were light yesterday afternoon and I was taking calls up till 5-6:00 last night. I think you will be pleasantly surprised if you let me have another shot at it.
