Description of Work: Monday they scheduled an appointment for July 9 2014 from 11-2pm and no one showed up. I called after the fact and it went straight to a voicemail.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet that was constantly clogging with a brand new premium high flow, low water consumption American standard toilet. Technicians showed up on time, and had everything finished in under an hour. Extremely professional and personable, gladly answered all my questions in a friendly and patient manner. I would highly recommend Sutherland Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs big or small.

Description of Work: Ti Sutherland was great. He answered all my questions and gave me recommendations that really made sense. In the end I took his suggestion to replace my old toilet, so he put my $39 on a credit for installation. While here we both heard a problem with my fridge and Ti fixed it for me. $39 still on credit! Now that's service!

Description of Work: Ti was punctual and gave us some good advice. He looked at our leaking toilet tightened up the part to get it to stop running, but advised us that it would need to be replaced soon. Then he removed our leaking garbage disposal in the kitchen which we never use anymore and replumbed the traps and the drain under our kitchen sink. It's been leaking for years and now everything works great. He was very knowledgable and very professional and friendly. We'll definitely use his services again.

Description of Work: Checked out my toilet and replaced the flapper and advised me to change the hoses on my washing machine.

Description of Work: Came out immediately and identified quickly that we had a broken pipe from the main water line to our house. Ti told us we would need to have the sewer line identified so that they could bore a new line to our house and our main power panel grounded to get the job approved by inspectors. He recommended both companies that we used to complete the job and let us know the approximate price to have that work done as well. We were very happy with not only Sutherland but also the subcontractors who were extremely quick and efficient. There were no hidden costs or unexpected surprises. Ti and his associate completed the job very quickly and with excellent care. I would highly recommend using this company and I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Fixed hall toilet which was "running". And then I asked him to unplug my master bath drain.

Description of Work: I asked Ti to come out and do a plumbing inspection after receiving a brutal and unprofessional home inspection from a non-Angie's list inspector. Ti was professional and honest and a huge help to us. He confirmed that the house inspector was in error on several points that he wrote up and provided information to help me dispute the plumbing portion of the inspection. While Ti was there he discovered a slow leak in the kitchen faucet and replaced an O-ring at no charge. Our appointment happened on one of our hard freeze days and he called several times asking if he should come on over or if he could head over to fix other clients broken pipes. I told him each time to go help those who needed him. When he came late in the afternoon my neighbor spotted his truck and asked if he would come over to help with a problem he was having as well. It was well into the evening and after dark before Ti finally finished up and headed for home. I am impressed with his dedication and commitment to his customers and will call him whenever I need plumbing or related help. Anyone would be lucky to work with Southerland Plumbing and Ti.
