Description of Work: Purchased a Walker mower from the 6/1/2019, went OK price was good, sales representative was professional and knowledgeable through the sale. The mower had a blower bearing (sealed) problem, which I took for service on 5/6/2020.

Description of Work: Repaired our lawn mower at the Beaverton location and did an excellent job. Rick and Eric were great to deal with. Highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: I received what I consider to be very poor service from this dealer, I took my Stihl KM 55 KZ edge trimmer in for a fuel leak repair and tune up. The tune up was completed, but the leak was not repaired. I don't think I was charged for it; however, the feedback was that the leak could not be found. I took the unit home and it still had a slow leak. The leak only appears when the unit is held or hung vertically (something I explained with every visit to the shop). After my first visit I noticed that the paperwork I was provided said nothing about a leak repair (probably my fault for not checking it ahead of time). Something I failed to notice when I dropped the unit off. Since it was still leaking after the first visit, I took it back and explained again that it only leaks when stored vertically (you can visually see it leak from the green hose if you look). After second pick up, the service person again stated that they could not see a leak (I did not pick it up on this visit). I took it back a third time, and while trying to explain the issue calmly, I was told.."I couldn't find a leak". At that point, the service person held the unit up the incorrect direction and grouphly explained that it had no leak. I tried to explain that the leak materialized only when holding the unit vertically in the other direction (fuel from tank toward hose). Something, that quite frankly, I should not have to explain to the professional. The service person said, "its going to cost you $20." Implying that I was trying to take advantage. Frankly, I would have paid for the repair originally. However, having to return two additional times and having to debate the intent of the original repairs has been bothersome at best. I will never return to this shop and I certainly did not give them any more of my money. I took my unit and left. It still leaks. I was very unsatisfied with the service I received there. I am interested in your perspective on this issue.
