Star Electrical Service, Inc.

Called for service late in the morning, electrician replied would check in with me in the afternoon, 100 degree day! Afternoon electrician called said was on the way. The electrician was very friendly when he arrived, diagnosed the problem in no time and repaired. Was very pleased at the speed of service, the quality and the electrician. Will keep this company name on file to use again!

It was a puzzle. Half of our house had electricity and half did not. It was not the electric company's line, and though they tried, they could not force trip our line to indicate where the problem might lie. We contacted Star Electrical Services Inc. Gholam quoted his prices and said he could be out that afternoon. He said he would text when he finished the job he was on. He texted right when he said he might, to let us know when he was on the way and arrived earlier than estimated, which was awesome. When he arrived he did a check of several possible problems, discovered many and realized the job would take longer than any of us wanted to spend on a Friday night. After making sure the house was safe (and we did still have power in the kitchen, so we had some light and food options), we agreed he would return first thing in the morning. He arrived well within the time frame he had given us, and promptly got to work fixing what needed to be fixed and making sure the offending outlets were now well above the standard of accepted code, (as I had suspected shortcuts may have been previously taken with the code, it put my mind at ease to hear Gholam say he was fixing to a higher standard... it didn't take any more time and the outlets are now much more secure.) His professionalism, ethics and wealth of knowledge about how the electrical system should work was greatly appreciated. He definitely treated us (the customers), with the utmost of respect and kindness. He charged a fair rate (there was no extra fee for coming back the next day), and completed the job in a very timely and efficient manner, checking to make sure all the issues we had had been addressed before any paperwork was done.. We feel very secure in the job he did ( and feel much safer with the state of our outlets now!). We would not hesitate to recommend or use his services in the future.

It went very well. Gholam appears to be extremely knowledgeable about his trade and was willing to take the time to explain the job. He was very neat and tidy (something not true of some other trades people) which we really appreciated. We are having a remodel soon and hope to hire him again to install lighting.

I was not home during the time of install, but the work done was very professional. All inspections were passed with ease and no mess was left behind. I'd be happy to work with Star Electrical Service again in the future as the need arises.

It went great. Star came out for my estimate, and we right on time. They looked everything over gave me prices for various options I wanted to explore. They were very easy to talk to as we went over pros and cons of my options. When they came out to do the work they were very efficient and did a great job. Everything was exactly as discussed. I'm looking forward to having them back out add some security lighting as well.
