Rodent service was average if not below. A seemingly junior service guy showed up to take care of his most basic accountabilities such as walking around the house to identify entry points, taking pictures, laying traps and fixing one entry point under kitchen sink. Where I had issues with the service: 1) Had to borrow my ladder and made my sister carry it vs handling himself. 2) When I asked him to scope out the basement, he spent a couple minutes down there, said there’s rodent droppings and left it there without cleaning up. 3) Didn’t check out the attic saying it was not in his scope of work. 4) Didn’t replace the block he removed from the external vent after inspecting. 5) Didn’t know what material he was using to plug the gap under sink saying “I don’t know, they just gave it to me at work to use.” 6) Rushed the whole job claiming he had another appointment to go to and was going to be late. For a $700+ package, we didn’t receive the level of service or professionalism we expected in this first visit. Debating on canceling the remaining quarterly appts and eating the cost. Disappointed with the experience overall.

I think we have ant colonies under or around our house that could carry the house away. This was the secone re-do of our quarterly service, but each time I called, if Ihave waited the requisite 2-3 weeks after treatment, they promptly send someone out to hit where the problems are. The person who treated the ants this time was polite, professional, and responsive to our needs. If they were not effective I would cancel the service, but am glad that we have signed up with them!

Sprayed around the house (foundation, drive way, etc) . All things left undisturbed.

Good. Sprayed entire outside. Told me noticed ants in backyard area. Punctual, send email few days ahead and called before service.

I am on a quarterly maintenance with Edge (two years). I get a call a few days before service day and the pest attendant calls me 30 minutes before arrival. Service is always professionally done. From sweeping off spider webs in the eves to applying earth friendly repellents around the exterior of the house...it has kept the interior of our house pest free.

HORRIBLE!!! They never caught the critter, however, billed my credit card, UNAUTHORIZED, for $620.00. I have a dispute filed with my credit card and will be filing a complaint with BBB.

Technician came when I was not home. He followed up hid service by voice mail.

The guys Evan and Richie were polite and really did a great job.

Service was completed very satisfactorily. We have a contract for "all" pests control.

Went really well, but the ants came back in 3 weeks. Hopefully this second treatment will keep them away.

It went very well and I arrived home as the technician was finishing up his work. I asked him if he could do an additional section that could only be accessed through the home and even though he was wrapping up and putting things away he graciously agreed to do the additional spray.

Great. I pay $109 every quarter. I can add more pests inside or outside. Your tech will call prior. Then calls when arrives. Clarifies current needs with first call. Edge will service your home again if new circumstances arise. So no waiting till next regular quarterly visit. I have been very happy that are so eco friendly.

The whole experience was exceptional. From the first phone call on. Information, price and service were amazing. They did more in the first call than our previous company did in 3 years. They were here within 4 hours of our call. We would recommend them to everyone.
